Staying home is the new normal, and keeping everything clean because of COVID-19 is more important than ever before. Who knew cleaning would be trending in 2020?

Beauty For the Heart~~I PRAY WE DON’T GO BACK TO NORMAL
1. I pray that the next time a friend grabs me and pulls me in for a hug, I actually take the time to appreciate the gift of their embrace.
2. I pray that when school resumes and people are dropping kids off, they take the time to thank the staff for the amazing gift that they give to our community.
3. I pray that the next time I’m sitting in a crowded restaurant, I take the time to look around at the smiling faces, loud voices, and thank God for the gift of community.
4. I pray that the next time I’m standing in church listening to the voices of praise and worship that I take a moment to thank God for the gift of congregation.
5. I pray that the next time I see a person or situation that needs prayer, I hope I pray as passionately and fervently as I have these past few weeks.
6. I pray that when I am at the grocery store that I take a moment to thank God that He provides us with the necessities of life and the amazing people who work so hard to keep us supplied.
7. I pray that I never again take for granted the ability to hop in the car and visit a friend, go to the mall, go to a gathering, etc.
So, the truth is, I don’t want things to return to the way they once were. I pray that we take the lessons and challenges of the past few weeks and create a new normal.
My goal is to pray more, love harder, and truly appreciate the daily abundance of blessings that were so easily overlooked just a mere few weeks ago.

Love this vacuum cleaner! You’re right, it must make cleaning fun because my husband has vacuumed our house every day since we got it. We bought ours locally at a nationwide home improvement store that begins with “L”. (Not sure I can mention store names here.) I was skeptical. It looks like there’s not much to it. How could it clean? But I thought it would be okay to pick up the odd lint or crumbs between “real cleanings”. When we brought it home my husband plugged it in to charge it. As soon as it was ready he did our living room carpet with it. I was shocked. Just a couple of hours before I had vacuumed with our expensive, highly rated canister vacuum cleaner. The Dyson V8 Animal picked up so much that our other cleaner left behind. And It’s so light and easy to use. This is beginning to sound like a commercial. It’s definitely not. I’m just really happy with the vacuum cleaner. We use it on the “extended run” setting and can do the entire first floor, powder room, back hall, kitchen, dining room, foyer, and 15 x 20 ft living room on one charge. The only thing someone might not like is that it might have to be emptied one or more times during vacuuming if they have pets that shed a lot. On the other hand, there’s no stopping to clean out the hose because it got plugged up with fur. Emptying it is very quick and easy. I read your blog every day. Thank you for always including Beauty For The Heart.

Bona is a good all-natural product that cleans & adds shine to hardwood floors. I don’t know where you live, but in Canada, I buy it at Home Depot.

Our sons girlfriend got a Dyson Vacuum for Christmas and loves it.. We have central vac and all hardwood floors. It’s been a long time since I’ve owned a vacuum cleaner. A great BFTH today . I’m being thankful for so much more today than I think I was before this. May we all take away something from these days we find ourselves in❤️
I have a dyson like that and love it. I was amazed how much stuff came up from my carpets the first few times I used it. Guess my other vaccumm wasn’t doing the job. I got mine on a Black Friday sale 2 yrs ago through dyson and so glad I did. Mines not animal model but V8 and same color. Happy cleaning. Good luck on your landscaping.

I have the Dyson vacuum and it has been a game changer for me! So light and easy to use! I also have purchased a Bissel Powerfresh steam mop that I absolutely love. I feel confident that my tile floors ,as well as, my hardwood floors are clean and sanitatized using this steam mop. It is very light and doesn’t hurt my back to use. Thought I would pass that along.
I have a similar Dyson that I ordered from QVC as well. It works great. I had to have the battery replaced after a couple of months, but Dyson was easy to work with. It’s much better than dragging a canister vac around.

We have two dogs and the Dyson is the BEST! We waited for it to go on sale and purchased the one you have for our main level and the “roller ball” on for our upstairs and downstairs levels (we are in a walk out).

We’ve used a Kirby for many years and decided to try out a Dyson a couple years ago. We LOVE our Dyson, the suction is incredible. An interesting side note, I heard Dyson started making medical equipment during this Pandemic of Coronavirus! What an amazing company!
