Staying Healthy with FWTFL

Happy Friday, ladies! I’m ready for the weekend, and I’m hoping to enjoy being outside since it’s supposed to warm up this weekend.

Speaking of warmer weather, I shared 5 Tips for Wearing Shorts on Wednesday. It’s not only shorts weather, but it’s also bathing suit weather. Yikes!

I get a lot of emails, and the most asked questions I get are, how do you stay fit, what do you eat, what exercises do you do?

Many of you share with me that you have gained weight as you’ve gotten older (thanks to menopause) and want to lose a few pounds.

I’ve shared before what I do to stay fit and healthy, but since I get asked about it so much, I’ll share it again.

First, let me say that I’m just like you. I love food, and I don’t eat healthy all the time. The last few months of being in with our current crisis have been challenging.

Some days I have eaten junk food. I may have a few bad days, but I always get back on track, and the Faster Way to Fat Loss helps keep me accountable.

I began a healthier lifestyle after my Mom passed away in 2009. We were not an unhealthy family, but I knew we could do better.

It isn’t just about losing weight; it’s also about staying healthy and preventing disease.

This was me dressing wrong and not feeling healthy in my early 40s.

I learned about The Faster Way to Fat Loss in 2016. I wanted to lose around 10 pounds at the time, but I was also intrigued by the overall program.

The program was soooo different in 2016. There was no app, no meal plans, no exercise videos. I don’t know how I did it!! And the program was still $199.

It was the best $199 I’ve ever spent. I learned so much about intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and macros.

My goal at 53 years old is not to be thin but to be healthy and exercise so that I can stay well and hopefully prevent disease.

I feel better at 53 than I did at 43.

While I’m not trying to lose 10 pounds now, the program has a VIP Membership Group that holds me accountable. I get tons of information on staying healthy.

FWTFL now has an app. Here is what it looks like:

This is one of the recipes. They aren’t hard to make; they have simple ingredients!

You don’t have to be on FACEBOOK to do the program. The exercises are now around 30 minutes, and they have vegan meal options.

The Next Round starts on June 1st! There are even more improvements to the program in this round! Go HERE to sign up!

LET ME SAY WHATEVER YOU DECIDE TO DO; YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOU!

If you can’t afford to join the FWTFL program at this time, then take small steps to get healthy. Start eating better, try the intermittent fasting, and just start moving!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Have a blessed day!

  1. Hi, Cyndi! Just opened your email today and . . . I’m wearing exactly the same pants!! HAHA – just had to share. Love your daily posts.

  2. Being accountable, staying accountable…huge part of continuing any exercise/diet program for me. I appreciate you pointing this out. Classes and Challenges provided at the gym are no brainers, I’m onboard. So happy our gym is reopening next week!

  3. Is it just me or did you get taller? Lol. I totally agree. I felt better in my 30’s health wise and then in my late 40’s to now (the last 3 years)lost the extra 15 pounds I didn’t need . This was after losing both my parents within 5 years.. I’m doing all I can to stay healthy and fit With exercise but still enjoy the things I like to eat in moderation. Have a great long weekend. The suns been out all week and the last two days we’ve gotten in the 80’s!!! Beautiful:)

  4. I joined FWTFL almost a year ago. The food/recipes are great and the exercises are challenging, however they offer many modifications. I can’t say enough good things about this program! I was inspired by Cyndi, however I admit the cost seemed high. Speaking for myself, it was worth every penny-a good investment for my health. Thank you Cyndi for being real about your journey towards healthy and faithful living!

  5. Hi Cyndi,

I have been following your blog for a few years and I Love it! Can you explain how you dressed your body wrong in the picture of you from your early 40s? How are you dressing your body now compared to then? Thank you for your honesty and sharing your faith with us daily!

  6. Thank you Cyndi for being honest about eating cake!! We all have a bad food day but you are right… we have to have a balance as in everything we do. Love your blog can’t wait to get on with our lives and get passed all this. It’s been hard on almost everyone I talk to they are done with this way of life.

God Bless you and your family.

  7. Cyndi, because of your blog I joined FWTFL in 2017. I loved it and learned such valuable tools to live a healthy life. Occasionally I’ll join VIP to keep me accountable and back on track. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Thank you for recommending it!

  8. Hi Cyndi. I am new to your blog and I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy it. I am also 53 and you are such an inspiration to me. I have been able to relate to everything you have posted, I am so thankful that I found you. Take Care. ~Ruthi
