Hey there! I hope you’re staying cool in the midst of a hot summer week. I know it’s hot, but I’ll take that over cold weather any day of the week.
Chico’s has a summertime style sale going on right now with 50% off your purchase with the code 93541. This sale ends tonight!
I love the tropical prints that Chico’s has right now. You can mix and match these pieces with other pieces in your closet, but I’m styling the prints together.
These tropical print pants are the so slimming pants, and they have a comfortable stretch to them.
I love rings, and this turquoise ring is gorgeous.
This satin tropical-print tank is striking enough to wear on its own, but you can also layer it under a blazer or a denim jacket.
Tropical-Print Long Layering Tank (I’m wearing a size 00)//Tropical Print Slim Ankle Pants (I’m wearing a size 00)//Earrings//Bracelet//Faux-Shell Crossbody Circle Bag//Ring//Slide Sandal
This tropical print tank looks good with white shorts or white pants too. (My sandals are from Madewell.)
Chico’s also has some cute skorts. I’m styling this skort with a navy blue tank.
Navy Tank (I’m wearing a size 00) Striped Skort (I’m wearing a size 00, but I would prefer size 0)//Sandals//Necklace
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
Beauty For the Heart~~ Scripture says we don’t see the big picture. There was a particular season when I questioned God because I was struggling with some deep hurts. Why was he allowing this?
Looking back, I am so thankful to be away from that place/season/people. It was a dark season, and I felt the enemy in a way I’ve never felt Him before.
Romans 8:28 says, And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
I can now see how he has worked that season of my life for good. The enemy tried to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but He did not win. Jesus had the victory!
Can you look back on a time in your life when you were struggling, but you now see that God was working it out for your good?
Have a blessed day!

Cyndi…
I think we have all been through what you have gone through. It is tough to forgive and let go of things easily. ThanK our God for being here for us when times are tough. It is very hard to forget but easier to forgive. We forgive not for the other person but more for us. God has forgiven so we need to learn to forgive..easier send than done sometimes.
I picture all of us on a beach wearing that cut outfit. You always look cute in everything. God Bless you and your family.
cyndi, i am seeing fashincosy ad on your blog. curious if you will be featuring any of their items ? seeing some of their tunics but not much in the way of fabric etc i am surely curious to see what you think.
loved loved the bfh reminder. thank you so much. isnt it something how others think we have no challenges.
Only you could pull this look off. I would look like a fifty something year old that’s trying to hard. Lol But I do like how you styled it with those shoes and turquoise ring. All works well together and would be a nice outfit for a cruise but I doubt I will be going on any cruises for a very long time.
I also Love Chicos! I have bought several pieces there that are timeless and good quality. I do love the tropical prints. Stay safe!!
Yes I have been there! When I retired my son wanted me to keep my Grand kids. I told him I love them with all my heart but I didn’t retire to keep children as Earl and I wanted to travel and have some fun. Well my Oldest Granddaughter had a baby at 15. Well she didn’t want to give him up so Earl and I took him and we have temporary custody. Despite the fact that I have had 2 major surgeries and some health issues we still.have him. He is 5 now and getting ready for Kindergarten. He is precious. God knew that this little fellow needed a home and loving Grandparents. Or Parents. I’m so glad we were here for him. Love your Blog. Have a Great Day!
Linda W. 😄🌺
Thank you for the wonderful scriptures.
Tropical prints are pretty…… but together….too much!😊. Top is really cute with the white shorts.
My thoughts exactly, Judy! And if it looks like too much on Cyndi, I know it’s gonna be too much on me! 😂 I did love the tank with the white shorts and I’ll bet the pants look great with a white or solid color.
I always love Cyndi’s style but on this one I agree that it’s a bit too much tropical print for me. I do like it with the white shorts. I love the skort. So cute. Just saw one almost identical to it at Costco’s for a mere $12. Almost got it but then realized I already have enough skorts. I look forward to your blog every day Cyndi!!! You’re a beauty!
Very cute Cyndi….and I too Love Chico’s. I have a few of their pieces.
Such a great sale going on now.
Blessings,
