3 Ways To Style a Chambray Dress

Happy Thursday! I love a chambray dress, and today I’m sharing 3 ways to style it for summer. The only downside to a chambray dress is they do wrinkle after wearing it all day but, it’s still a cute dress.

First, I styled the dress with sneakers; this is a fun casual look.

Next, I styled the dress with my Steve Madden sandals. This is perfect for a hot summer day.

Lastly, I added a belt to the dress for a more structured look.

Which way would you wear a chambray dress?

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

    1. Ordered one of these cute dresses and can’t wait! Where I live in California the weather is so mild I can see wearing this all the way through to November. I think it would be cute with a pair of short soft beige uggs!

  1. LUV this dress – wrinkles and all. Bought in early summer – if not careful, it could become my ‘uniform’….

  2. You look good in everything. Cute dress. I’m hanging in there. Some days better than others. Better to keep busy and not watch alot of news. Escape with books.

    1. Hi. Where did you get the chambray dress you are wearing? I have been looking for a short sleeve option.

  3. I love all 3 looks and would purchase if it wasn’t all cotton. I just don’t like to spend time ironing these days. I purchased cute an Amazon Blue denim and white shirt that you styled. Love the top but just washed it and it will need to be ironed. Ugh.

  4. Love the dress and the looks, but I noticed it’s 100% cotton. I like natural fibers, but I have a overwhelming aversion to ironing. I think this dress would spend much of its time waiting to be ironed.

    1. I love that dress and the styles and what a great price! Unfortunately buttons on a dress for me don’t go well as I have a bigger chest. Everything you’ve styled with buttons, that I ordered. I had to return. Lol.

  5. Hi Cyndi! Love the dress! Thanks for styling it different ways. I would love to know the name of your hair stylist. You and I go to the same salon, and my stylist has decided not to work there any longer to stay home with her little girl. I am so sad because she was wonderful! Thanks for BFTH. It is important to remember God’s faithfulness during these difficult times!

    1. Love this look. Thanks for all the different ideas/options. Love the reminder of God’s word and scriptures listed.

  6. Love all the looks you shared. Focusing on Jesus keeps us grounded in His truth and helps us to remember “faith over fear”. Love the BFTH Have blessed day Cyndi 😉 Thank you for all you do to share fashion and your heart for the Lord!

  7. I have 4 different chambray dresses. They are a good transitional piece, especially in the south when you can have some really warm days well into November. I can wear them to work with a cardigan and slip it off when I go out of the office in 100 degrees. Also, like you show here, you can wear sneakers or sandals or a bootie in the fall. Have a great day and stay safe.
