Wrap Dress Under $40

Happy Monday, ladies! I hope you had a good weekend and you’re ready to start a new week. It’s hard to believe it’s the last week of October. Winter is knocking at our door!

It almost felt like winter this weekend; it was very chilly and dreary with a light misty rain. We turned on the fireplace and stayed in most of the day Saturday.

Yesterday we headed to church, and I wore this wrap dress from Walmart (I’m on a roll with Walmart; last week, I shared this maxi skirt from Walmart).

The dress has a ruffle hem and blouson sleeves. It’s also fully lined and has a snap closure at the neckline.

I wore these pretty Ann Taylor earrings. Jo-Lynne styled these earlier this fall, and I thought they were such a pretty statement earring.

I purchased these Vince Camuto boots during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. They aren’t on sale now, and there are few sizes left. I did link some more options below.

It was too cold not to wear a coat, and this black coat from Amazon kept me warm.

I love dressing up, and these days I take every opportunity!

My Look

Oversized Button Front Coat (I’m wearing an XS)//Printed Wrap Dress (I’m wearing a small)//Vince Camuto Boot (similar option here and here)//Earrings//Necklace//Crossbody bag

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~ Storms in life can come quickly.

Scripture says, When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:17-18

Remember, things may seem out of our control, but they are never out of God’s control.

Have a blessed day!

  1. I ordered the wrap dress for my son’s elopement this weekend! It’s perfect! And so inexpensive! Thank you for your fashion tips, but more importantly your scripture based encouragement!

  2. I love the dress and your blog! I can see how your hubbie teased you. The BFTH quote is so timely. We all need uplifting. I find it hard to focus and concentrate too – not easy to do during a pandemic. I wish Walmart Canada sold the Scoop and Time & Tru brands here in Canada. We don’t get the same selection as you folks unfortunately. Can’t order on line and ship to a Canadian address either which is a shame. Not sure if you can give Walmart USA feedback on that? If yes, that would be great. Thanks!

  3. You looks beautiful as always. I wish I could wear those colors, I snatch up that dress. You had heat on and we enjoyed a day Friday on boat and all day Saturday on Beach and went swimming. Crazy how long our aka summer is lasting here in Oak Island, NC.

  4. Wayne is right. The dress looks the same colors as the copperhead. I can’t wear anything snake print. That’s how scared I am of snakes. 😩Can’t believe it’s already end of Oct. I love Fall and its going to fast. Not ready for the holiday planning of meals etc.

  5. Love the entire outfit – head to toe! You look beautiful, as always! I really needed the BFTH today. I live with chronic pain, and there are also other stressful things going on in my life right now. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate you and how you allow the Lord to speak through you!

  6. I was just in Walmart the other day. Are the items you are showing online only because our Walmart’s clothing section doesn’t have anything cute like your showing.

  7. Such a pretty dress it’s hard to believe it’s Walmart! Love those boots. I keep saying I need to add a pair this color but perhaps next year when there will hopefully be more places to wear them 😉
