Day 18 Spring Fashion: The Eyelet Trend

Happy hump day! Today I’m sharing the eyelet trend with a pretty puff sleeve top from J.Crew. This feminine trend is perfect for every occasion,

You’ll find eyelet dresses, skirts, tops, and shorts for spring and summer.

My eyelet top is from J.Crew. The top is lined, so you don’t have to worry about seeing through.  It also comes in some pretty spring colors!

I’ve been carrying my Madewell Camera bag, and I recently purchased a handbag strap from Amazon.  It’s perfect for spring and summer!

With the changing denim style, I’ve been on the hunt for some good denim for spring, and I’m happy to say I have found some.

These J.Crew jeans have a cropped, kicky hem that works well with heels and flats. They have a 10-inch rise, but it doesn’t feel too high. I also love the light wash.

The Dolce Vita Izabel Studded Sandals are such a cute summer sandal. I ordered my regular size, and they’re fine, but they look a little short, so I suggest sizing up 1/2 size.

Eyelet is such a feminine look! Do you have any eyelet in your spring wardrobe?

Puff-sleeve popover top in eyelet (TTS, I’m wearing a small)//10″ demi-boot crop jean (TTS, I’m wearing a size 27)//Dolce Vita Izabel Studded Sandals (order 1/2 size up)//Earrings(I’m wearing the silver hoops)//Necklace//Sunglasses//Madewell Camera Bag//Strap

Now, head to Jo-Lynne Shane and see what she’s styling for our 23 Day of Spring Fashion!

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.

  1. Hi this eyelet top is awesome!
You know who were the first to invent this idea of eyelets?
Some of the royal families in India about 400-500 yrs ago. They used to have their artisans create these eyelets in those super soft cotton clothing, to have a “personal air-conditioning” during those Indian hot summer days. By the way India has been growing cotton for atleast about 3000 years ago. They are the pioneers so to speak.
    Anyway just FYI.

  2. Great look! I am curious about the awesome backdrop – love the bright colors!
Bless you for all you do!

  3. Love this outfit! I just took out my spring blouses and tops yesterday and I have two new eyelet ones from last year! Ones from J Crew.. it’s a tee shirt material with an eyelet sleeve.. and the other an eyelet blouse. This week has been double digits🙌🏻It may not last long but I’ve been enjoying every minute of it 🌸

  4. Those are the first loose fit crop jeans that I have kinda liked…you have to be so careful where they hit on your leg!
    Love eyelet. It’s so feminine!

  5. Like the others, this has to be one of my favorite outfits so far!! I love eyelet and the jeans are super cute. I also have the brand confirmation question for the jeans that some of the others do. J Crew (link) or Madewell? Thanks!!

  6. So cute. I just love denim and white. Are the jeans madwell or JCrew? When I click on jeans to shop it pops up JCrew. I love the jeans. Have you worn and washed them enough to know about stretching out?

  7. Lovely! I love white and denim too! One of the tops from Target last year (or was is 2019??) has short bell sleeves- has eyelet on the bell part. 🙂

I bought that same purse strap when I used your link to purchase the small beige camera bag on Amazon- they go great together!! Love them!

    Be Blessed!!

  8. Favorite look of the series ! Question, you said those were Madewell jeans, but the link goes to Jcrew jeans ?

  9. Hooray the jeans come in petite! I needed a new pair of jeans with an updated style so thank you. Love the top too and that camera bag is working well with spring outfits better than I thought it would and changing out the strap was a great idea. You look so cute, fresh and ready for spring.

    1. An adorable top! So fresh for spring and I love the detail on the sleeve.
It hasn’t warmed up enough here to wear short sleeves. Crossing my fingers it does by Easter long weekend.
