What I Wore “Glamping”

Happy Monday, friends! It’s hard to believe it’s the last week of May and next Monday is Memorial Day. Wow! I love the warm weather and the longer days.

Last week, we were in Nashville visiting my sister and her family. We had a great week, and our first trip in our new camper was a success. We are already trying to make plans to go somewhere else soon.

We stayed at Elm Hill RV Resort Park, and it was beautiful; we would stay there again!

One thing I want to do is take some outfit pictures as we travel. We realized after we got home, we only took one outfit picture.

I think we got too excited about visiting my sister and camping. We’ll do better next time!

This weekend I snapped pictures of what I wore “glamping.” Again, this wasn’t your typical camping trip because we were in Nashville. Although, I’m hoping most of our camping trips are similar to this one!

What I Wore “Glamping”

My sister and I went shopping in Franklin, Tennessee, and I wore this Scoop dress. It’s almost sold out, but I found a similar one at JCPenney.

Also, I purchased my earrings at Nordstrom, and they sold out, but I found them here. They are the best summer earrings!

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I went shopping at Anthropologie #mistake. I love Anthropologie, but it’s pricey, so I don’t shop there often. I wore this outfit when we went to dinner in Nashville.

I splurged on this cute gingham jumpsuit, and I love it.  I also grabbed the cute hoop earrings. I don’t have it on in this picture, but I wore a white crop tank under the jumpsuit.

I wore this outfit when we had my sister and her family over for dinner.

Eyelet Trim Top (I’m wearing an XS)//Caslon Denim Shorts (I’m wearing a size 27)//Straw Hat//Raffia Drop Earring//Slide Sandals (similar option here)

I wore this jogger set every morning when I took Gunner outside for a walk.

Two-Piece Jogger Set (I’m wearing a small)//On Cloud Sneakers (I ordered 1/2 size up)

I wore this two-piece short outfit when I went for a walk, but I wore sneakers with it.

Short Set Loungewear (I’m wearing a small)//Earrings//Sandals (size up 1/2 size)

These two outfits I shared last week, but I’m including them again. The denim jacket is from Evereve, and I have already worn it so much. It’s a soft denim, and it’s my favorite one I own.

Gibson Jumpsuit (I’m wearing a small)//Earrings//Denim Jacket (I’m wearing a small)//Necklace//Sandals

Sleeveless Top (TTS, I’m wearing a small)//Camo Print Stretch Cotton Shorts (I’m wearing a size 27, these run big, so size down)//Slide Sandal (TTS)//Earrings//Pearl Necklace//Double Strand Necklace

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.

  1. If you’re reading this, you have breath in your lungs. You’re alive! (Job 33:4)
  2. It’s a new week; you have a fresh start to do good and love those around you. (Romans 12:10)
  3. You are loved more than you can imagine by your Heavenly Father. (Ephesians 3:18)

  1. I love all your outfits from the camping trip. Sometimes we camp to visit family, and yes, the dress code is different than if you’re simply hanging around a campground.

  2. Your outfits are cute but the way we camp at State Parks is a lot different from RV resorts our dress style is more like the black tank top and shorts plus your jog suit and walking outfit. Can you come up with more cute outfits like this for us to wear Thank you

  3. I love that you’re glamping and sharing your experiences! My husband and I bought a new camper several years ago. Sleeping in our own bed while traveling is the best! Come to Northern Michigan in the summer. It’s beautiful here!

  4. I noticed that your collar was popped on the blue jean jacket. Do you always wear it like that when you wear the jacket? I loved a popped collar!

  5. Love your glamping looks! It was such fun to follow you on your first adventure! I’m loving the look of a black jumpsuit with the denim jacket. I have also been adding new furniture and decor to our pool area this year! Decorating outside can be fun! Bring on summer🙌🏻

  6. All of the outfits are adorable. I love the look of jumpsuits, just wish they were easier to maneuver in public restrooms haha!
The BFTH is wonderful and I love the interpretation of the Bible verses. Ephesians 3:18 is so powerful that is is hard to put into words we can comprehend!

  7. Love all your glamping outfits. My husband doesn’t understand all the clothes I take for camping. My word robe isn’t as nice as your but I do have a few recommendations in my cart. Thank you!

  8. In your picture where you’re wearing a hat, the black eyelet top and jean shorts, the sandals didn’t hyperlink (the similar ones did, but not the ones you are wearing). Do you have a link for those? If not, can you tell me about them (the brand or name of the shoe?)
    Thanks!

    1. Yes, they are Treasure & Bond brand at Nordstrom That is their brand, and they’re sold out, so they can’t be purchased anywhere else.

    1. Thank you Cyndi for the uplifting Beauty for the heart.🌺You have an amazing life style.. it sure must keep you busy. Love jean jacket again paired with jumpsuit, longer short with cuff or casual dress.Im in need of pair of sandals but needs to be done thru order and curbside pickup as shopping is still closed unless essential. My veins are revealing in ankle area so sandle with support and back closure best for me. God bless all.Peace, strength and courage.Amen.🌿

      1. Very cute outfits. Glad you had such a fun time. Thanks for the BFTH. Woke up sick this AM. Haven’t been for over two years. My husband just recuping from a cold so sure he gave it to me. He tested for covid but negative. 🙂 Going to be a long day on the couch. Have a blessed week.
