Summer Style Series: How To Style an Eyelet Top

Happy Monday, ladies! Jo-Lynne Shane and I are beginning a summer style series. Each Monday in June, we’ll share a summer trend.

We’re changing it up a bit and asking another over 40 blogger to join us each week. This week Lisa from Coast to Coast is joining us! I know you all will love Lisa, she’s so sweet, and I love her style.

We’re each sharing How To Style an Eyelet Top.

How To Style an Eyelet Top

I am a huge fan of anything eyelet, and this eyelet top is from Walmart, and it’s under $25. I love the light blue color. When it’s hot outside, it’s nice to wear light colors.

I styled this top with my white shorts from JCPenney. These chino style shorts are so comfy and a good length.

This top has eyelet flutter sleeves and eyelet trim around the bottom of the top.

The top is thin (but not too thin) and lightweight, which will be great for our hot and muggy summer days here in Kentucky.

I love carrying this bamboo handbag with my summer outfits. I didn’t put anything in it when I took the picture, but I carry it with my wallet, lip color, keys, etc.

Flutter Sleeve Eyelet Trim Blouse (I’m wearing a small, I could have sized down)//Crop Tank (white)//White Shorts (I’m wearing a size 6)//Tory Burch Sandals (size up 1/2 size)//Bamboo Handbag (Large)//Earrings//Bracelet//Ring

Make sure you head over to see Jo-Lynne and Lisa and see their eyelet tops.

Here are some more eyelet tops I’ve recently shared.

Beauty For the Heart~~ It’s a new week. To help us get our week started right, let’s focus on what the Bible tells us.

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8

  1. Very cute outfits. I really like the eyelet tops. I follow both you and
Jo-Lynne. She mentioned your new puppy Gunner. Did I miss a post with a picture of him? I hope he’s a little guy since you’ll be traveling in your motor home part of the time. I hope you repost a photo because I am a real animal lover. 😉
    Thanks!

  2. Such a cute outfit for a HOT Summer day. I love light blue. I think I’d have to have the XS and its sold out. 🙁 I only have one eyelet top…white in my closet and love it. This is going to be a fun series for Monday’s with you all. Have a great mini vacation, learning your trailer. That is a very smart thing to do……take small trips to learn the in’s and outs. We’ve owned a boat all these years and use to tent camp when the kids were home, and have many fond camping memories with boating, but now we are going to get a trailer, in our empty nesting days. 🙂 With covid the prices sure jumped, so we really missed the window of getting a better deal. We wanted to build our shop first to store it in, so we can buy one anytime now. My daughter and her husband bought a beautiful, big one and we’ve enjoyed time in theirs with our granddaughter.

  3. Hello Cyndi,

LOVE your hair. Would you share your hair formula to achieve your color.
    Thank you,
    Suzanne

  4. Love these looks! I’ve got some eyelet in my closet! So fun to have Jo Lynne and Lisa along this will be fun!
    Safe travels

  5. I’m cracking up that we all styled white bottoms as well! Love that top – so cute and looks cool and comfortable.

  6. I now understand why my mom loved dressing me in eyelet when I was a little girl…back then, not so much. HA! I love it. This is a really cute top, and I’m a sucker for a flutter sleeve as well. Thanks so much for asking me to join you and Jo-Lynne. I’m super excited. Have a great week. XO
