I love wearing red and white this time of year. A red top and white shorts can look very patriotic!

CeCe brand always has the cutest tops, and this one has puff sleeves with a dotted texture.

I paired my top with Kut from the Kloth shorts that have some distressing and a raw hemline. I will wear these shorts all summer long!
