What I Wore Lately Vol. 4: Late Summer Style

Happy hump day! I snapped some pictures of What I Wore lately. I’m definitely leaning towards some late summer style. I love having some transitional pieces this time of year.

I wore this to one of my workout classes this week. This black workout top is from Target, and the leggings are from Amazon.

This dress is new at Old Navy and perfect for this time of year.

You can easily add a denim jacket when the weather turns chilly or if you’re chilly inside.

  1. I bought the Time and Tru shorts with the cuff on the bottom from Walmart that look pretty much just like these for around $10 and they fit perfectly! I love them because they are pull ons so no zippers or buttons to deal with. I love them because even though they have a stretchy waist they are perfectly smooth around your waist. They are so darned comfy. I’ve washed them all several times and they are still the same size!! As a side note, I wear ALL Walmart’s Time and Tru pants- shorts with a cuff, to the knee shorts, capris, and jeggings. They all fit perfectly all the time and wash up very well. They are the most comfortable pants I have ever owned!

  2. I can’t believe I missed your birthday! My phone was on the Fritz yesterday! My birthday was Tuesday, Aug 3. I turned 54! I’m dealing with my second round of breast cancer-stage 4 now, so every day truly is a gift. Thank you Lord! And happy birthday to you-you look amazing!

Thanks for all you do for us with researching and posting things. This doesn’t apply to 55 but my brother said to say it backwards like 70 would be 07. Makes it easier to say. 🙂

He was sick a total of 5 weeks! This man loved life and lived it to the fullest. That is how I live my life Have a great day with cake
