Dr. Teals Foaming Bath • If you like to take baths, this Epsom salt, and lavender foaming bath helps soothe muscles and relax the mind and body.

Native Deodorant • Native has been a long-time natural deodorant favorite. It’s aluminum-free and works great!

Bio-Oil Skincare Oil • This oil improves the appearance of acne scars and stretch marks. It also helps with dry skin, and I like to use it on my legs when wearing shorts.

L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara • This mascara has received the esteemed Readers’ Choice Award twice in 2018 and now 2021. It coats lashes with silky, ultra-black pigment and is under $10.

Facial Steamer • Get a spa day at home with this facial steamer. Therapeutic steam made of nano-sized water molecules instantly goes to work hydrating and softening the skin’s surface, detoxifying your pores of impurities and dead skin cells.

Tatcha Lip Balm • A leave-on jelly treatment of squalane and Japanese peach restores lips to full lushness. Restores essential moisture to flaky, parched lips for a smooth, soft texture. I keep this on my nightstand and put it on my lips every night.

Natural Vitality Calmful Sleep Magnesium • Sleep helps repair our skin at night but sometimes women over 40 struggle to get a good night’s sleep. This tasty berry-flavored dietary supplement is made with magnesium, melatonin, and other natural sleep-inducing ingredients. There’s no added sugar, and you can mix it in a glass of water before bedtime.

Tree Hut Shea Body Butter • This intense moisturizer is clinically tested to provide all-day hydration.
It’s infused with Certified Organic Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut, and Lime Extracts to keep your skin healthy.

TruSkin Naturals Vitamin C Serum • This has vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E. It boosts brightness, fades dark spots, softens fine lines and wrinkles. Use morning and night.

Eau Thermale Avène Thermal Spring Water • This infuses the skin with hydrating, soothing antioxidant water. Prep the skin with Avene thermal water before moisturizing to increase the moisture levels. Perfect before using your skincare morning and night.

Hair Shampoo Brush • Massage your scalp with this brush to ease itchiness and promote blood circulation, which helps with hair growth.

Maybelline New York Color Sensational Nude Lipstick • I have used this lipstick for years. I love the Warm Me Up Color #235.  Peach buff is a popular color, too, so I’ve ordered it to try.

Gentle Foaming Cleanser • This is an icon cleanser in the beauty world. The moisturizing cleanser clears away dirt and grime and leaves behind fatty alcohols so that skin feels hydrated and not stripped or tight.

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Anti-Wrinkle Night Accelerated Retinol • This is a holy grail product for many women. You don’t have to pay a fortune for a product to help with fine lines and wrinkles. So many great reviews!

Psalm 23:4 says, Even when I walk THROUGH the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.

We don’t have to stay in the darkest valleys; God always has a way for us to get through them.

  1. Hi Cyndi I enjoy your blog. I checked out BioOil. Some people are commenting that’s fake and not the original. I have been informed by some companies that you could get fake stuff on Amazon.

    1. I have ordered it three times from that link and never had a problem. Sometiems I think people leave comments and I’m not sure about them.

      1. I’ve heard this same thing about hair-care product, that they’re fake. I think that is why some good products are getting bad reviews. Apparently what you have to watch for is if the item is being sold through a third party, that’s where you get the dupes. I prefer to purchase from local shops and not support Amazon, for many reason.

  2. I use the CALM when I know I’m going to need help falling asleep. No drowsiness in the morning. My young granddaughter introduced me to the HEETA Hair Shampoo/Scalp Massager. This helps get to the scalp with her long hair. Grandma had to have one of her own. It feels so good! Anything Dr. Teals is wonderful!
