Happy Thursday, friends! It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of color and pretty feminine styles. J.Crew Factory has all of that, and their prices are reasonable.
Today I’m sharing some new arrivals from J.Crew Factory and a pretty pink blouse I recently wore. I styled the blouse with light denim and Tory Burch sandals.

This v-neck puff sleeve blouse comes in several colors; I’m wearing the retro pink pattern. The blouse runs a little big; I’m wearing a small but could easily size down.
I’m also wearing Good American Jeans from Evereve.
If you’re a fan of Tory Burch, they now have the miller sandal in a soft memory foam sole for long-lasting comfort and support. These sandals are a classic sandal that never goes out of style.

Beauty For the Heart™ – Do not listen to your false prophets, fortune-tellers, interpreters of dreams, mediums, and sorcerers who say, “The king of Babylon will not conquer you.” Jeremiah 27:9
Truth: In this verse, Jeremiah tells the Israelites not to listen to the false prophets, mediums, etc. Jeremiah wanted them to listen to the one true God.
If we’re honest, we can be like the children of Israel. We may not seek out a medium (I hope not!), but we let the news and social media influence our thoughts, and we can quickly become filled with anxiety.
When you feel anxious, turn off the television and social media. Turn on some praise music, read scripture, and be reminded of the promises of God. The more we dwell on God’s faithfulness, the less we’ll focus on all the negative things in our world.

Love the pink blouse and going to order it. I’m 5’3″ and 120lbs.and wondering if I should go with XS from your comment of you saying you would size down. I am really loving pink this season after all the neutrals for so long. You look so pretty sitting in your cute living room chair. I LOVE the TALL open windows on your house. As for VBS, I was a leader through all the years of my kids growing up and even co directed it one year…..what was I thinking. LOL That was a lot of work. Anyway, lots of fun memories and my kids even got involved as youth, doing the skits each year. I continued to help after they were grown and gone but haven’t for the last few years due to chronic migraines and I would commit and then only make it a couple nights and I’m not one who wants to commit and not be able to go. All my grandkids live at least 3-41/2 hrs. from us and my daughter and her family were going to be living with us this Summer….with my grand daughter, she’s almost 3, as her family built their new home, but with the economy, building fell through, so they no longer are coming. I had BIG plans of driving her to VBS and helping this year. She would have loved it. She loves praising Jesus, raising her hands and singing to HIM. So the comment about what Claire said in the car was so touching. Be blessed that you have the opportunity to be with them and be part of them learning about the Lord. Have a great day Cyndi.
I have the best memories of VBS! So many good times when my kids were growing up! Can’t wait to take my grandson! I know everyone seems to be asking about your living room, so I will ask about the chair you are sitting in. Been searching for awhile! ☺️
