Hello ladies, and yay for the weekend! I spent all day Wednesday at Nordstrom, and my friend Amy went with me to help me manage all the clothes. We had so much fun and didn’t leave the dressing room until we finished trying it all on. We even ate our lunch in the dressing room.

I am wearing several different styles of jeans, but I only purchased two, the Paige and Wit & Wisdom jeans. I liked the other denim but not enough to buy.
This Caslon sweater is always a best seller and comes in several colors. I like these Steve Madden booties, and I’ve ordered them but chose the chestnut color.

The Open Edit sweater is soft, and the cream is my favorite color. These jeans are a great price point, and I love the mules for a transitional shoe.

I like this Free People sweater, but the v-neck is a little low, so I would add a tank. These are the Frame flare jeans, I didn’t purchase them, but I did order the Mother Flare Jeans. I’ve heard really good things about them!

This floral top is such a pretty top and perfect for early fall. I styled it, wearing it out and also tucking it in.

A black blazer is a great staple for your wardrobe; I styled it with the Caslon tee. I’m not a fan of these tees; they’re a little too thin and not the best quality.

This dress is so cute but a little short for me so I didn’t buy it. I’m 5’5″, so this would work great for my petite ladies. Also, I love these knee high boots!

I like the camel and leopard print dresses. Also the knee high boots and mules. I’m not a fan of chunky boots. I like the styles you modeled because they are fitted on you. I don’t like loose baggy clothing.
Happy birthday to your baby granddaughter. I have a niece who’s now 21. She was a pound and a half born when her mother was just 4 months pregnant. I didn’t think she would make it but her grandmother did. God is good.

Enjoy planning your sweet granddaughters 1st Birthday! How special! My daughter, who is now 20, was born 3 months early at 2lbs. 2oz. She was in the NICU for 3 months and not close to home. So we had to travel to see her, as we had another child at home. She came home right before Christmas & it was the best Christmas gift! (Besides Jesus himself 😉) I still credit all the prayers to her doing so well. I know the excitement of that 1st Birthday 🎂! It’s so very special! ENJOY! God bless you & your family!

Every thing looks great. I am not a fan of the chunky heel either. We will see how this trend goes before I jump on the bandwagon and add this to my wardrobe.
Hi Cyndi! Thanks for all the great insights! How’s the sizing on the Rails cardi? I’m concerned it will be too short and am thinking maybe sizing up one would help, since the raglan sleeves would help keep it from looking sloppy. What do you think?
I think it runs TTS. You can size up buy you might need a tank under it because the v neck might be too low.
You look great in everything! I’m with you on the DV waterproof booties though – might be cute on teenagers!
