3 Fall Tops from Gibsonlook

Hi ladies! Gibsonlook has some new arrivals, and I’m sharing 3 Fall Tops that are great for early fall. The first one is sleeveless, and the other two are lightweight and work-appropriate.

You can use my code CYNDI10 for 10% off.

This top is fully lined and comes in plum garden print (what I’m wearing) and a cream terracotta floral print. Both of these prints would look good with the Gibsonlook blazer in cappuccino.

I purchased my flare jeans during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale; they are soft, stretchy, and comfortable, and the raw hem is on trend.

The heels are from Evereve, and they are comfortable enough to wear all day long. I have already worn them with so many outfits.

Split Neck Flutter Sleeve Blouse (XS) • Mother Flare Jeans (28) • Dolce Vita Strap Sandal (TTS) • Necklace

This top is also fully lined and comes in ivory (what I’m wearing) and a pretty olive fall floral. I paired it with denim, but you can wear black pants for work.

I’m wearing a size 27 in the Agolde jeans but might prefer a 28. They are made of non-stretch denim.

Smocked Yoke Tie Neck Blouse (XS) • Agolde Jeans (27) • Mules (TTS)

I have several gauze-style tops, and I love them. This top comes in several colors and is a great option for fall. I’m wearing Wit & Wisdom jeans from Nordstrom. I love Wit & Wisdom jeans; their denim is priced under $100.

Truth:  When things are going well, we’re elated, and when hardships come (and they always do), we’re devastated.

But the joy of living with Jesus can keep us levelheaded and fill us with hope, no matter how high or low our circumstances.

  1. Loving the outfits. I can wear these to work and still look professional. I do have a question. The first top with the flutter sleeves would the sleeves bunch up if worn with a cardigan?

  2. Hi Cyndi, I just want to say, I look forward to your “Beauty for the Heart” section of your daily blogs. It has really helped me through this time in my life as I lost my husband of almost 42 years this past March. While I do love everything fashion, and all that entails, nothing can fill our souls better than Jesus and God’s word!!!

  3. With 4 of us adults traveling to Maine in September, we had a long list of places we each wanted to visit. We’re concentrating our trip in the Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park area. But we have one day planned to explore Camden and Rockland and on another day we’re headed north to Lubec and the Canadian border. So much to see in that beautiful state, we’ll just have to plan another visit!
Thanks for your recent fall posts…you’ve given us followers several pretty options to consider.

  4. I really like the gauze top and want to see if I can find some less expensive quality blouses on Amazon. As a retiree I also try to purchase less expensive items and will not be buying much to add to my fall wardrobe with e pensive items. But this is just me.

  5. I notice the wit and wisdom girlfriend jeans you’re wearing have a different hem on you than the model! Do you have them completely unrolled? Do they run long? As I’d need petite.. I’m thinking you’ll be making another trip to Maine perhaps in the fall next time as the colors are gorgeous! We are looking at Vermont next!

  6. I’m in Maine now! This is my first time in Maine and I’m absolutely loving all the beauty of this state. I hope you have the opportunity to visit Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor and Camden. Jordan Pond House in Acadia National Park was one of the favorite places I visited. It’s a historic restaurant!

  7. Hi Cyndi! Pretty work wear ideas.
I have a question for you. Last week you styled a pair of black dolce vita loafers with a chain link detail from Evereve. Are these comfortable?
I am looking for some lower heeled options for workwear and these look like a possibility
    Thanks!

  8. I agree with Gloria that clothes have really gone up in price. Since I have retire it is very hard to find clothing that is not so far out of my price range. I love the jeans and top on you. It was very flattering. Concerning the clogs do they slip of off your feet when walking??

  9. I love your style Cyndi! I am in the process of early fall closet update. This post is perfect!! We have vacationed in Maine many times. We live close by in Mass. layers will be your friend!!

  10. Enjoy your trip to Maine! We are going next week also! We love Ogunquit, Portland and Boothbay Harbor. We haven’t been up to Acadia National Park yet but it is on our list! This year we are staying on Great Diamond Island, which is right off of Portland. Look forward to hearing about your trip!

  11. As I look at fall clothes, I can’t help but notice how expensive they are now.
The split neck cute fall top is $75.00! And it’s short sleeves. I don’t know about anyone else, but I will be buying a lot less fall clothes this year with these prices

    1. Gloria……Try LOFT. They have great quality and always have sales. I never buy anything full price. They put things on sale ALL the time. Shop their clearance rack. I find great deals there. I have LOFT clothes in my closet I’ve had for years and still look new. Teachers get a discount too. I believe its 15% off. Prices on clothes really have gone up, so I get how you need to be careful.
