Beauty Gifts from Nordstrom

This Lancome Holiday Mascara Gift Set is an $87 Value but priced at $48.50. You get:

  • Lash Idôle Mascara
  • Cils Booster XL Mascara Primer
  • Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover

All three products are great!

Next, I’ve been wearing this DIOR Addict Lip Glow Balm in the pink color. The lip balm is made of 97% natural-origin ingredients and helps awaken the natural color of your lips with a custom glow and hydration.

This Origins body cream has already sold out (I know why because it’s so good), but there are plenty more Origins products that would be great for gifting.

You can’t go wrong with the Pillow Talk Lip Secrets set. It comes with four products:

  • Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk,
  • Collagen Lip Bath Lip Gloss in Pillow Talk,
  • Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk
  • Superstar Lip Glossy Lipstick in Pillow Talk

The set is valued at $79 but sells for $49.

Lastly, I love Giorgio Armani products. I use the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Perfect Glow Flawless Oil-Free Foundation daily! This Liquid Eyeshadow is another great product, and it’s perfect to wear alone or with other eyeshadow colors.

Beauty For the Heart™-Prepare your heart by stilling what has been distracting you. Jesus won’t try to shout over the noise in our lives. ~Bob Goff

“The LORD said, ‘Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by. ‘Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper” (1 Kings 19:11-12, NIV).

The Lord told Elijah to stand on the mountain in His presence, but He didn’t come in the ways Elijah (or we) would have expected: in a wind, earthquake, or even a fire. He came in a gentle whisper.

In the Hebrew language, the phrase for “gentle whisper” is Kol D’mama Daka, meaning “the sound of thin silence.” That’s where the Lord meets us: in the thin silence.

Today, let’s quiet our hearts so we can hear His gentle whisper.

  1. Thank you Cindy for sharing a variety of options and prices. I loved the JCPenney post, but the sweater was already sold out. We’re here in the Midwest are in for some really cold weather and snow tomorrow so we are preparing. Stay warm.

  2. Cyndi, I’ve had my eye on so many of those products you’ve featured today. Must treat myself soon! I’m in the Catskills in upstate NY and we have almost a foot of snow now and most of it will probably still be around Christmas. The photo of your grandkids made my day! It really made me smile!

  3. Love BFTH ! And the Christmas picture is hilarious! We had a similar one of our great niece. She’s two and she was running from Santa 🤣
We are traveling to see family. No snow, buy very cold 🥶

  4. That is the best Santa picture. Glad you shared. 🙂 We are due to have snow and freezing rain starting tomorrow and we have to travel in it Friday at its worse over a mountain pass to my kids house. I have to say I’m alittle anxious thinking about it. It’s rare for our area of Oregon.

  5. Cold and snow here. What I hate about that weather is it makes it so dangerous for families who are travelling to be with other family members even short distances! Give me a Christmas without snow any year and I’ll be happy!!
That Christmas photo is priceless! Real life….

    1. I so agree! It’s snowing right now with an expected 5-8;inches on top of the plentiful snow we already have. Expected white out conditions tomorrow with high winds. I’m much happier without snow for Christmas! 😊

  6. The Origins cream is wonderful. I treat myself most years to it but forgot to buy it this year. Whoops. We are expecting 80 degrees on Christmas Day in Southern California. I would happily trade with those of you getting a white Christmas. Enjoy the moments

  7. Thanks for the last minute gift ideas on beauty. I think Lancome mascara is rated pretty great by the people that use it. Mississippi is wet & rainy plus cold right now and suppose to get worse. It’s so funny we are never equipped for cold snowy weather and Mississippi almost shuts down when it snows. Me included. In the 50’s is considered winter here. Two weeks ago we were in the 80’s in the daytime. It is presently 45 but it’s a damp cold with rain still hanging around with dark cloudy skies. Hang in there and we will be too. I hope this weather doesn’t mess up everyone’s plans that are traveling here & to your house also. Your grandkids are soooo adorable!!!

  8. Looks like a sunny and cool Christmas Day for us! 1 degrees Celsius! Seems like forever since we’ve had a white Christmas in fact we haven’t had any snow yet.. which is crazy …normally we see our first snowfall in November 🤷‍♀️
Love the pic of the grandkids too cute!

  9. Merry Christmas to you & your family Cyndi. Thanks for sharing. I especially love the photo of your grands. So glad we can laugh at the little things 😉😂 Have a blessed day celebrating our Saviors birth. ✝️ 🎄
