Keep reading to find out some of the things I am using to keep me on track, organized, and healthy so that I can have the best 2023 possible.

Weekly Menu and Shopping List Notepad

We’ve all been there… it’s 6 pm, and you haven’t even thought about what’s for dinner yet, so you just order take-out! That’s hard on your wallet and your diet when it happens multiple times a week. This notepad helps you plan your meals and shopping list for the week, so you can stay on track with your nutrition and eating goals for the year.

Beauty For the Heart™And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

Truth: In the beginning, God created light. In the New Testament, we know that Jesus is the light of the world. As believers, we want to be in the light; we want to shine His light.

As we begin a New Year, I am praying our light will shine brightly in 2023.

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!

    1. I like the Citrus Salt, but someone else said to try the chocolate sea salt an put it in your coffee. I thought that was a great idea!

  1. Last year my word was actually two words, and they were that I would be kindly bold. The year brought many unexpected health issues, but because of them I have been bolder in sharing my faith and gratitude to the Lord. This year the word is – discipline -. Last year it was difficult to keep up with everything because of the health issues, many hours in speech therapy, many doctor visits, and medical procedures. I am feeling great now, but still have a few remaining complications from surgery, but my energy level is back for the most part and I need to be committed to more areas in my Christian walk such as prayer, Bible study, and service. It is going to be a great year. Hope yours is too!

  2. Do you have or choose a word of the year? I decided to this year and my word is rooted. An interesting concept and I’m anxious to explore it in my faith.

  3. I have been using the meal/ menu planner for years! I always get a new one in my stocking. It’s great for planning our weekly meals and groceries needed. I will be ordering the to do list though as I’m all about my lists and the gratification of checking things off during the day🙌🏻! I also got a monthly planner in my stocking too for appointments and monthly reminders!
    Great ideas!
    Happy New Year!

  4. I have used the LMNT electrolyte powder in my water for a couple of years. I tend to get energy “crashes” because I don’t drink enough water. These are so helpful and I especially like the orange salt flavor. Big pass on the jalapeño flavor though!! 😂😂😂

    1. Judith…. Before you go to read her blog by clicking on Read Post Here, scroll down past the two outfits she shared and you will see the hairdryer picture and link to click to add your name and email. I couldn’t find place to send it so just clicked on the empty box under the email box and it sent. Hope this helps.

  8. I would love to win the hairdryer! Recently over major surgery. This would be so helpful! Thanks cyndi for always encouraging women!

  9. Happy New Year, Cyndi!❤️ Hope this is the best year yet for you and your family. Thank you for your generosity of giving away a gift monthly.
