Benefits Of Owning a Treadmill

Tremendous thanks to QVC and Shopstyle Collective for sponsoring this post.

Almost everyone will have days where they want to work out but dread leaving the house. Having fitness equipment at home eliminates that problem! Some of the benefits of owning a treadmill are:

  • Exercise whenever you want. Having a treadmill at home will allow you to work out any time, day or night.
  • Don’t worry about inclement weather. Heavy rain, snow, and ice storms will no longer prevent you from working out.
  • Privacy. Many people enjoy the privacy of at-home exercise equipment.

This iQ Foldable Treadmill from QVC is Today’s Special Value (TSV) offer and will be available at this unbeatable price today only.

I try to get ten to twelve thousand steps in a day. Because my job is sedentary, I need to walk, and this time of year, having a treadmill makes all the difference.

The treadmill comes with a remote control with a battery, an instruction manual, silicone oil, and an app you can download to help keep you motivated.

I can keep the treadmill in our den, and when I walk, I can catch up on the news or any shows I want to watch.

I love the app and use it to track my steps.

It has 3-step technology to adjust my speed, distance, steps, and calories. The speed range is from .31 – 6.2mph.

You can fold the treadmill down to an incredible 39 “x28″ x 6”. Once it’s folded, grab the handle and roll it under a bed, in a closet, or in a corner to tuck away.

No matter the weather, I can easily get my steps in daily with this foldable treadmill.

If you’ve never shopped on QVC, they have amazing deals that are often less expensive than most other retailers. New customers can use the promo code OFFER for $15 off $35. If it’s your second time purchasing, use code HELLO10 for $10 off $25+.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty for the Heart™Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Hebrews 12:1

Truth: A runner runs with endurance. Endurance to the runner means the fact or power of enduring an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way. The runner has the prize in sight and doesn’t give up.

As believers, we, too, run with endurance. Our race is the race of life, and we want to endure, which means to “remain (endure) under” the challenges we are allotted in life. Let’s run this life with endurance, always keeping our eye on the prize (Jesus).

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!

  1. Cyndi! Thank you for sharing your treadmill brand! I’m amazed it’s foldable! It’s exactly what my husband and I need for our very small home. We’ll definitely be ordering it soon!

  2. I love a treadmill, I have a Nordictrack and have had it for years. It’s nice even in the summer when it’s to hot to go out and walk.☺️

  3. Interested too but am one who likes to research before buying. Is this a good price? I love how neat it finds up. My very old one is so big it’s out in the garage and never used. I too need more steps and the weather has been terrible outside. I’ve never ordered from QVC, If something comes wrong with it are they good with returns? This is big item to pay return shipping.

  4. I am taking a chance and getting it. I’ve always wanted a treadmill but never had the space. This one looks like I can not only use it in my apartment but for sure out in my garage. Got the green color and can’t wait to get it! I quit the gym during pandemic since it wasn’t open and haven’t gone back there. Love walking and this is good for the inclement weather days!

    1. While using my home treadmill, I never even considered using the safety strap. Big mistake! My running shoe caught on the front of the treadmill and kept going, taking the back shoe to the end. I heard a loud crack. It was my hamstring! The worst injury my doctor sad he’d seen! Why, I had to use the bathroom standing up! So, I’m begging you! Safety first! Clip on that safety strap! It’s there for a reason!

  5. Have you had the treadmill very long? I wondering about endurance of it. They don’t have any reviews on the QVC site.
    I’m very tempted!

      1. I’m also very tempted but wondering about the longevity. That belt looks pretty thin and I’m wondering if they offer replacements or how it will hold up.
