Beauty For the Heart™-I am crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. Galatians 2:20a

Truth: What if we entered into each moment of life knowing that everywhere we go and everything we do, our purpose is for people to see God in us, to sense His presence, to be drawn toward His Spirit at work in our smile and posture, and handshake and greeting.

We can’t change people’s lives, but God can. We can’t make a lot of difference, but God can. We don’t have much important to say, but God does.

And it doesn’t take Him long to say it when His presence and anointing are on us. -Priscilla Shirer

  1. Thanks for these suggestions. I’m going to try some especially for my cuticles and feet. I found a good lip moisturizer called Lip Rescue from ECOS. It’s helped me more than any other lip balm. Gold Bond makes good products too. I love the Crepe Corrector. My legs aren’t ashy this winter so far.

  2. Love the okeefes foot cream and lip repair. I have extremely dry and deep cracks in my heels and it helps a lot! Used the lip repair after my lips burnt on my trip down south and it works!

  3. Thanks for the suggestions!! I have been thinkng the same thing lately and ordered my Epionce Barrier Cream which is an emollient type cream. I am on the strongest strength tretinoin so winter can be tricky . I don’t like to slow down my progress and back off or have to start over so I just look for the best, thickest most extreme moisturizer. This one I only use in the dead of winter and slug with skincare if need be. I will put the suggestions from you on the list to try also. Thanks again!!

    1. Bonnie, I have the same thing going on with my skin. I’ve never heard of Epionce products but will give it a try!

Vaseline and socks overnight keep my cracked heels under control in cold, dry Colorado. Safe travels home, Cyndi💕

  4. Great suggestions I’m in this phase right now to survive our winter and prep for spring!
Can I ask the sizes of the black one piece swimsuit and skirt you shared from Amazon!?
Thank you and prayers for safe travels 💕
