Lots of changes for you! We downsized from a big Victorian home in NY State to a 3 bedroom ranch in SC! We retired here and absolutely Love the warmer climate! Congratulations on your house purchase! Claire is a little Cutie and a big girl now with pierced ears! Enjoy the Memorial Day Weekend!
Wow, big changes coming for you! We downsized 10 years ago to a smaller house, however the lot is way too big for us now. So once again we are thinking about moving on. Time will tell.
I know too much land is hard too. We have 5 acres and the new house has 5 acres and that’s as much as we need.

Oh wow. Lots of changes for you to come in moving. I think as we get older a smaller house sounds good, but I have 3 adult kids with spouses and grandkids that come to visit and we need the room for everyone spending the night. As it is we are 1 bedroom short. We’ve lived in the same house since 1991. Crazy to think. Thanks for the sale picks. I went shopping yesterday and had a great time.
