10 Things I Use Every Day

Happy Friday! We have a lot going on this weekend. Today is my birthday 🎉 and I’m doing something fun! I’ll share it with you in my Sunday Newsletter (unless you follow me on Instagram, you might already know).

Tonight I’m celebrating with my family, and we’re having my favorite lasagna for dinner. Tomorrow we’re headed to Northern Kentucky to help my son move into his new house. I am over all this moving-in stuff! Haha!

I’ve started thinking about what I want to pack when we travel to Israel this fall, so today, I’m sharing 10 things I use every day. This isn’t an exhaustive list, but I would like to take some of these with me.

Of course, I can’t take my big magnifying mirror, so I’ll need to find a good travel size.

Here are 10 Things I Use Every Day

Hair Brush– I bought this a few months ago, and I love it. It’s great on wet and dry hair.

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask– I love using this before bed. It helps nourish my lips while I sleep.

Kenra Volumizing Spray- I’ve used this for a long time, and it’s still my favorite hairspray.

Timeless Skin Care 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum– Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals.

Tarte Shape Tape– This is still my favorite concealer, with great coverage that lasts all day.

Tubing Mascara– My favorite mascara that is clinically shown to visibly volumize, lengthen, and curl. It uses micro-tubing technology to wrap each lash with tiny, flake-free tubes for extreme volume, length, and curl that won’t flake or smudge.

Revitalash Lash Serum– I use this every night before going to bed. It helps lengthen my lashes.

Magnifying Mirror– I need this and will need to purchase a small travel size since every hotel may not have one.

REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Mix Powder (Pina Colada)– I use this in my water every day. I would love to take some packs of electrolytes with me when I travel.

Undefined Beauty R&R Sun Serum Tinted Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 50- I always wear a face sunscreen and really like this one.

Truth: God promises that if we confess our sins, He will forgive us and cleanse them. The imagery of scarlet and crimson describes sin, which is often seen as something deeply ingrained and difficult to remove. However, God’s forgiveness is like snow or wool, symbolizing purity and cleanliness.

This verse reminds us that no sin is too great for God to forgive. If we are willing to come to Him with a repentant heart, He will cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This is a powerful promise, and I’m so thankful my sins are forgiven!

  1. I have recently purchased Lululemon tennis shoes (white) and they are so comfortable!! I noticed you were looking for good quality tennis shoes & didn’t know if you had ever tried the Lululemon brand. I have several friends & relatives that wear them & they really like them.

  2. I purchased the magnifying mirror several months ago. It continues to fall off the base every other week. Any ideas to stop this? It scares me to death when it drops!!!

    We also are planning a trip to Israel but in March. I know I need to find try to pack light so I’ll be watching to see how you do it!

  20. Happy birthday Cyndi! May God bless you. I wish I could use a lash growth serum. I was having great success with one but then I began to get white heads on eye lids and really red eyes with discharge. After research I discovered I am allergic to the ingredients that cause them to grow. There’s dermatologists and eye doctors warning about this on various websites. I need to find a totally organic one with no chemicals. If anyone has ideas, let me know.

    I just purchased Dr. Scholls Time Off tennis shoes in white for our upcoming trip to Italy. They feel great around the house and I plan to wear them with some casual dresses.

  22. Happiest of birthdays Cyndi. Celebrate well. Each day is a gift. I’ve traveled to each of the countries you are going to. We were with a church group once and a travel group another. I had to simplify my routine because of early mornings and late nights. I didn’t want to be the one the group waited for. Sleep became a priority. It’s just for a week or so. Your skin and hair will survive a simpler routine during that time. It is an amazing area of the world to travel for many reasons. Enjoy and be blessed.

  28. Happiest of birthdays Cyndi. Celebrate well. I have traveled to all of those countries. One thing I told myself after the first trip was to simplify my daily routine. We traveled with a group which meant early starts and late nights. Some things just had to fall by wayside for the few days of the trip just because sleep and punctuality became priorities. Anyway all three of those countries are special and a gift to see. Blessings on your special day.

    I have a wonderful pair of sneakers to suggest or at least brand…MERRELL the pair I have is super light, but super comfortable and has a wonderful arch support. The arch support is a game changer when doing lots of site seeing.

    1. He definitely said he would take me out to dinner but I really want to make memories in our new home so we’re having dinner here and the kids and grandkids are coming over. That’s the best present!

    The adventure of a lifetime! I am thrilled for you and Wayne.I have the same makeup mirror you do. I have traveled with it…not ideal. I need to always make sure I have extra batteries. No matter how I try the on button gets turned on in my suitcase. Please share the mirror you buy for your trip. I would like a new mirror with at least 10x magnification.
