Happy Tuesday! Today, I’m sharing an Amazon Try-On with some of my favorite sweaters I’ve worn over the last few weeks.

I styled this sweater with jeans from Gap Factory. They’re a slim jean, in a medium wash. If you’re in between sizes, size up.

We took pictures with our grandchildren last week, and I wore this sweater.

This sweater comes in lots of colors; I’m wearing the B3 Brown color with slim jeans in a dark wash.

This is a great tunic that comes in lots of colors and works well with leggings.

This isn’t from Amazon, but it’s an Aerie sweater; I wore it with leggings. It runs big, so size down.

Beauty For the Heart™- The LORD said, ‘Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by. ‘Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. The Lord told Elijah to stand on the mountain in His presence, but He didn’t come in the ways Elijah (or we) would have expected: in a wind, earthquake, or even a fire. He came in a gentle whisper.

In the Hebrew language, the phrase for “gentle whisper” is Kol D’mama Daka, meaning “the sound of thin silence.” That’s where the Lord meets us: in the thin silence.

Today, let’s quiet our hearts so we can hear His gentle whisper.

  3. Love that verse segment you wrote. I did the Pricilla Shirer bible study “Elijah”. I highly recommend it. I remember this verse segment.
    Cute sweaters. I think I might order the red one. I wear a lot of leggings around the house but like to feel put together. It doesn’t look as oversized on you as it does on the site. Love a cozy sweater this time of year.

  7. I just ordered the jeans from gap factory…I think I’m finally ready to stray from my super skinny jeans. I ordered the Amazon sweater yesterday. I still haven’t ordered that gorgeous pink sweater from avara. I’m waiting for a good sale (hopefully)! I have the gold earrings in my cart for my daughter. Also, did you find a good nail polish you like? I’m not a huge fan of nail salons. My nails always get ruined, so I prefer to do my own. It is just frustrating when they chip the next day.
