Truth: Small hurts over time can lead to bitterness. Deep wounds lead to anger and unforgiveness. Either way, we don’t want to let go of them. Do you have anger and bitterness that you’re holding on to?
I imagine anger and bitterness like a heavy backpack. I have to take it off and lay it at the feet of Jesus. It’s too heavy to carry, and I want to be free from it. Grace is so much lighter!

Love beauty for the heart. So true. I like all the jeans and sweaters. This coming year I want to buy only natural fibers as much as I can. I don’t mind a polyester blend but full polyester is so hot or cold depending on the weather. At least for me.
We may be cruising also next year. Looking forward to your resort wear posts. By the way, you’re doing much better than me for remembering what day it is. All day today I’ve thought it’s Saturday(!)
I’m boarding on a New Years Caribbean cruise on December 30th. This will be my 5th cruise this year.
I am a horrible over packer and wish I could take less clothes with me, I’m looking forward to your resort wear post.

How fun to look forward to a cruise. If you are organizing are you one to take your Christmas down right away after Christmas? Also curious. You said you had your whole family over for Christmas dinner. You have a big family when your sisters family etc are all there. What did you make to feed such a big crowd? Do you do potluck? I’m always looking for ideas.
So happy you will be posting resort wear soon. We are taking the family on a beach trip in March and I’ve already started shopping for that.
