This pretty floral blouse also comes in a white, black, and blue seersucker.

The blouse has long sleeves with elasticized cuffs.

The blouse has smocking and shirring around the neckline and a button front.

I styled the blouse with high-rise, wide-leg crop jeans.

A trench coat is perfect for spring weather with its ability to shield from the rain and keep you warm on cool days. This modern version features front pockets and a waist belt.

The two-piece sets are still going strong, and this sweatshirt and wide-leg pants are made from a soft fleece blend.

The sweatshirt has a v-neck, and because it’s a little low, I’m wearing a tank top under the sweatshirt.

These wide-leg pants are a relaxed fit and so comfortable. This set would be great for travel!

Beauty For the Heart™In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches. But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. James 3;5

Truth: Consider the impact of a single careless remark that can trigger feelings of hurt, anger, or division. Gossip, fueled by a mere flick of the tongue, can rapidly spread like wildfire, burning bridges and destroying reputations.

Before speaking, take a moment to reflect and ask ourselves: Is it necessary to say what we intend to say? Is it kind? Will it contribute to building others up, or will it tear them down? Let’s be mindful of the power of our words and use them wisely.

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!

  1. Happy Friday! Could you please link the wedge sandal you are wearing with the wide-leg outfit? That outfit looks beautiful on you!!

  2. Very good devotional. I have had to learn to bite my tongue and it’s a work in progress. Even with people we don’t know like blog like this we should control what we write. If I don’t like something I just don’t comment or try to say why it’s not for me. Sometimes bloggers will ask a question then I might say more. I like all the pieces you styled. Gap is one of my favorite retailers because they offer petite sizes and their non petite sizes like XSmall fits me.

  3. Love all you are styling. I wish the pants in the two piece set came in petite length. Love the sneakers. I’ve been considering some similiar. I want some with black accent also. You look so cute in the floral blouse and wide crop leg. I’m ready for Spring. Now just need the weather to know that. lol.

  4. Hi Cyndi! I love the silver heart necklace you are wearing in this post. Will you share where it came from? Its so pretty!

  5. Love the scripture James 3:5. So true I need to be mindful of that with every word I speak May it be pleasing to my Lord.
