I found this cute polka dot dress that’s lightweight. It has long sleeves, and you can roll them up if it’s warm, but I like long sleeves in the air condition.
I tried the dress with a coral earring, and I also added my round handbag.
For some reason, I feel like I want to wear more dresses this summer. I want to grab a couple of the more casual ones for everyday wear.

I purchased and returned this polka dot dress because the fit was way too big…so I will comment size down. I thought the quality was nice and it was really cute, just swallowed me up and I decided not to reorder. Looks cute on you and way better than it did on me.

Ive had my eye on that dress for awhile but wanted to get in to try it. I love polka dot. You look better in it than the model. I love a dress lately too. Could you style more casual short sleeve options to replace if one didn’t want to wear shorts? I just don’t feel comfortable in shorts. I can’t wear the short ones and Bermuda style seems so outdated. Love the Billie Graham quote.

I had already ordered 3 dresses from the Loft dress sale before I even read your post today! Hah! One of them is on your site. You make that polka dot dress look better than it does on the Loft site.
Love the Beauty for the Heart today. Truer words were never spoken. We sure are going to miss our dear Dr. Graham. I was just discussing this very same topic with my husband last night on our way home. Sometimes I would prefer to be in the company of non-Christians than some Christians because they are so judgmental and hypocritical. We as Christians really need to think before we open our mouths. We are supposed to be light and salt to broken world. We need to do a better job. God bless you, Cyndi for all you do to bring light and goodness to your followers.

Love your BFTH. Yes I’m a dress gal . I just packed three for our trip . I prefer dresses especially if it’s hot and humid just throw on and go . Cool and comfy:) and add a denim jacket if it’s cool. I’m not a fan of the air conditioning either.

Cute dress! I’m a fan of polka dots. I’ve been looking more at dresses this summer too. I will only wear dresses in the summer where I live. It is too cold to wear them in the winter, and I have missed wearing them.

I wear lots of dresses in the Spring & Summer and who doesn’t like a good sale. I use a self tanner on my legs.

I love dresses! As you said they are easy to wear and they look polished and fresh. I tend to stay away from them when I have to bear my legs as I have those pesky spider veins that happen as we age. Do you have any tips for this? Blessings, Kerry
I like dresses too, but being a bit short-waisted I tend toward skirts and tops, but yes, I love the easiness of it! I did try on some of the Loft dresses last weekend and I may get a couple now that they’re on sale :).
oh – didn’t mean that to be a comment to Kerry’s post – but since I’m replying/commenting here – as far as spider veins go check with your dermatologist’s office. They can do the injections in those and they will totally disappear. It’s not overly expensive and will last a few years before needing to be redone.
