I was a stay at home mom and was often looked down on because I didn’t “work”. I’m now “Kitty” to Bennett,5, and Grayson, 3! It was the right decision for me and my family. I recommend the book “Susie” which is about Charles Spurgeon’s wife.

This will be my first Mother’s Day without my sweet Mom. She passed away on May 16,2018. How do people deal with this?
Just depending on God to help me remember that she is rejoicing with Him now, but I really miss her!
I love to spend time with my 90 year old mama…I usually get her flowers to brighten her day.
I have a special request Cyndi…could you do a post about those Tinkle razors and how you use them. I see a lot of bloggers use these but I’m so afraid about starting that whole process – I don’t want to miss a couple of weeks and look like Moses…or ZZ Top…or The Duck Dynasty guys…or Chewbacca…
My mom passed many years ago while I was young but I still think of her often and miss having her in my life.
Like you, time spent with my kids is the best gift of all. Carving out time from their busy lives of work and children is enough of a gift for me.
