I recently found this feminine blouse from Target with ruffles and lace detail.
The blouse has 3/4 length sleeves and two-button closure at the collar.

Just love this blouse on you. I love the color. I just don’t think I could pull it off. I’m drawn toward these type blouses but then feel like I stick out when I wear them. The whole look is cute.
I am short, 5’4” and slim but have broad shoulders. Wondering if these tops with big ruffles would make my shoulders look even broader? I guess I need to try some with a small ruffle and see how they look on me. I do think some look feminine and some have a football player look. Lucky you are to not have road shoulders.
I haven’t left a note since January. after my husbands passing, I’ve made some rational decisions and just settling in at New home with my youngest daughter and a new job. But I’ve got to say that I love these feminine blouses! I have my picks of them and I don’t normally go with a lot of ruffle but I love these! You look so lovely in that pink floral.
