Favorite “pin” Friday

First, let me say thank you for all the sweet comments you left about my half up hairstyle video. It’s hard enough to take pictures of myself but doing a video is almost unbearable!

Today I’m sharing my favorite “pin” that I found on Pinterest and then I’ll share a picture of me wearing a similar look.

I love the peplum top from the What I Wore blog. It looks adorable on her and you can’t go wrong with black and white.

My look is slightly different because I’m in my 40s and don’t wear skirts quite that short. You can copy looks from younger women but just make them work for your age.

I didn’t have to purchase anything to copy this outfit. I didn’t have a peplum top but I did have a sleeveless white top and I added a black belt.

I think this is a clean, crisp look and is great for this time of the year. It would be easy to add a cardigan or blazer on cooler days.

Do you try to copy outfits you see on Pinterest? It’s not that hard, and sometimes the items are right in your closet!

I would love for you to follow me on PINTEREST to see things I love! Also, chat with my on my FACEBOOK page, it’s a great way to connect with me and ask me any questions you might have. If you want to see pictures of my day to day stuff, follow me on INSTAGRAM!

****I’ve added a pin it plugin to my website. If you see a picture you like in any of my posts, just hover your mouse over it, and you can quickly pin it to your Pinterest board.****

Beauty For the Heart~~I loved my devotion this morning out of Jesus Calling, “I am all around you, hovering over you even as you seek my face. I am nearer than you dare believe, closer than the air you breathe.”

How comforting to know that Jesus is with us at all times. There’s nothing that you or I will go through today that He is not right beside us, guiding our way.

Have a blessed day!
