Old Navy Red Quilted Vest-Winter Fashion

It’s Day 14 of my 25 Days of Winter Fashion! I don’t think anythings says winter like a quilted vest and of course this time of year I love to pop some red into my outfits.

Old Navy has some great quilted vests and they come in several colors including an olive, black, navy and yellow.

The leopard print sweater is from H&M but I can’t find it online. I linked several similar leopard print sweaters below.

When I’m wearing scarfs or a vest with a high collar I like to wear stud earrings.

Beauty For the Heart~~I mentioned that we went to some friend’s house last night for dinner. They have two children, a 3 year old and a 9 month old. We played a game with the 3 year old and went into her room and danced and played with her kitchen set. It doesn’t get any better than that!

The older I get, the more simple I want my Christmas.

  • I want to celebrate Christ’s birth.
  • I want to enjoy  family and friends.
  • And I want to slow down.

Enjoy this day and celebrate the true meaning of Christmas!

While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. Luke 2:6-7

Have a blessed day!

  1. Love the look. Your necklace is really neat I like it. You know I’m with you my Christmas is this sat. At first not what I wanted but my kids having so much going on that I decided it’s not about me!!!! It’s time to slow down and know what is important the Lord, family, and a great peace. Thank you Cyndi for helping threw your quotes and things you say of your mother. 😊😊

  2. Love this outfit! This is one I think I will try to put together and wear (minus the heels – sadly I’m too tall for heels – still get teased about my height in flat shoes) but the whole ensemble looks great on you. I’m even thinking I might try a small heel and just ignore the comments from sisters and “friends”. 😊😊😊

  3. I love this red vest Cindi. The medium size is already sold out. May I ask what size you are wearing and if it runs large or small? Thanks, blessings!

  4. This is one of my favorite outfits from your Winter Fashion posts! I got my daughter one of these vests from Old Navy last year in Grey and I borrowed it from her one day and boy, is it warm. If yours is this same, the pockets have a fleece lining and keeps your hands nice and cozy. I think I will now get the red one for myself this year. 😀
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend. It’s going to be a cold and raining weekend in Texas. Perfect for movies and popcorn.

  5. I am with you on what I want for Christmas. Playing with my great-great nieces and nephews, mostly under is so fun! We now have @ 25. My husband is the youngest of 9 and the whole family is so much fun, but the kids are my favorite! Love your blog, but I especially love the inspirational encouragement you share! Have a blessed weekend

  6. This is a cute outfit. We will put up Christmas lights today too. I sure would like some toy ideas for my Grandson who is six years old. I feel it gets harder every year to know what to buy for him
