Blank Tank With Denim Shorts

Hi ladies! I’m back today with more basic summer wardrobe pieces, and today it’s a black tank with denim shorts. Hands down when the weather is hot, you’ll find me wearing a white or black tee with some denim shorts. (I wear LOFT tees.)

Blank Tank With Denim ShortsTypically I will add cognac color sandals to this outfit. I have several different pairs of cognac sandals, but today I’m wearing my Sam Edelman thong sandals. I also have these cognac sandals, and for a less expensive pair, this is a good option.

I’m so honored that you have taken time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and my favorite one, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~I read a devotion about how our appearances are transformed when we come to know Jesus in a personal way.

Our frown lines soften, we have a sparkle in our eyes. It’s amazing how we glow when we are covered from head to toe in God’s grace.

Liz Curtis Higgs says it this way, “A heart full of love produces a face full of joy.”

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!

Have a blessed day!

  1. So I would have grabbed black sandals with is, but your choice of cognac is so much better. What are your thoughts on this? Maybe I have been doing it wrong all these years.

  2. Love the hat Cyndi! You look great! Can you share what brand of hair color you use? Your hair always looks so healthy. I have tried to stay with the non=ammonia brands at the salons but am still having some issues. Thanks as always for sharing!

  3. what is it about those summer bugs that get our kids soon after their summer vacation begins ?? Hope that handsome big brother is feeling better very soon. Have to get out those essential oils for some immunity for you and Wayne.

  4. Hi Cyndi! The thought just came to mind…put Theives oil on the bottom of you feet daily to keep your immune system healthy and to fight off any viruses you come in contact with. I’ve done this for years, and it REALLY works! ( But you’re a YOung Living distributor so you probably already know that.)😁

  5. Hi Cyndi,
I really like your casual look today. The hat really adds a nice touch. Have you ever tried wild oil of oregano to prevent/treat viruses? I find it quite effective, in keeping symptoms to a minimum. I put 3-6 drops of oil in a gel cap (buy both at the health food store), and take it three times a day. I hope you stay well! God bless. 💕

  6. Great casual look Cyndi. I have the best big floppy hat for the sun and I wear it to all my sons soccer games. The other moms say it looks like I am going to the French Riviera! haahaa Take care of yourself and your grandson! 🙂

  7. Love this outfit and I can pretty much duplicate it with my basics but I need a pair of denim shorts. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a pair if you can believe it. I guess when its hot and even a humid summer denim doesn’t ring coolness to me as much as cotton or a linen material. I think I just need to try an in expensive pair and go for it… Hope Colt Allen is feeling better and the rest of you don’t get it:) Take Care
