5 Favorite Hair Products for Loose Curls

When I shared these pictures on Monday, I got several emails about how I style my loose curls. What products do I use and what styling tool?

I love to try new products and lately I’ve been using several new ones from the Living Proof line.

Here are the products I am using. Hover over the picture to see how and when I use them.

  1. I purchased the curling iron and for the first time in my life, my curls will stay!!! I can’t wait for your video though on how to curl your hair!!!

  2. YOur hair is amazing – always! Thanks for sharing products. I am trying out the Deva Curl kit as mine starting getting curly a year and a half ago. It is shorter than yours so the curl will scrunch in but will try to let it get some length. One side is curlier than the other & back is major curly so the curl specialist at the salon is doing a few perm rods on the less curly side for me in September to even it all up. I would love to see your tutorial also on loose curl hairstyle. Please!

  3. I would also love to see your organized pantry! I am in dire need of ideas! I love you post a variety of ideas on your blog. Thank you for sharing!!!

  4. So not sure if you thought to take a before picture of your walk in pantry?? If not, would you consider at least an after picture. I too have a walk-in pantry that looks like a scene from hoarders buried alive! I would love to see how you organize your pantry! 👍🏻😊😊😊

    1. Coco I just moved into a new home with a walk-in pantry and it took me awhile and a few shopping trips to get it figured out. Clear airtight containers for cereal etc are so expensive but Walmart has Better Home and Garden ones that are reasonable and different sizes. I used the expandable 3 tiered shelves for can goods and lazy Susan’s for oils etc. Target has great woven baskets for snacks or things you want to hide. I ordered chalkboard tags off Amazon to hang on the handles so I know what’s in each basket. It makes everything neat but also functional. I’d love to see your pantry too Cyndi!

  5. I’m fairly new to Living Proof hair products, but I started using the Humidity Shield and it works great. Keeps frizz at bay and that’s important in Nashville!

  6. Your hair always looks great… I really like the curls. I’d like to get back to adding a few curls for me now that the hotter weather seems to becoming to an end.. Well maybe lol. As with the humidity all summer I wore it up most of the time. On another note, I was away with my husband (to the USA actually) when I read your Sunday blog. Cyndi, I hope you know how appreciated you are not only to me but I’m sure to all who follow your blog. One of the reasons I started following you was because of your faith and your boldness to share. (along of course with your style which seemed so in line with mine). You have been using your blog as a platform to share about Jesus which we all need more than a closet full of clothes, and thank you for opening up your home and your heart to us… the podcast person who feels we can worship whoever has some pages missing from their bible… As it clearly states in so many places we are to have only one God. Exodus 20:3, and Psalm 96:4-5 and John 4:23. We are certainly in a day an age where we need to have spiritual discernment for this very reason. It is sad to think that you have been attacked by fellow believers who should be building others up and not tearing them down, Again there are many verses about gossip and having an idle tongue.. Thank you again for your kind and gentle spirit, and keep sharing.
    Blessings

  7. Love the hair!! Thanks for sharing which products you use. I’ve been thinking about buying the T3 and would love to see a video of how you use the curling iron. Some curling irons are so difficult to manage! I have a hair appointment tomorrow at Cha Cha’s and I need it in a big way after missing my appointment last month. That is one of the best salons ever! Maybe one day I will see you there so I can finally meet you in person! 🙂

  8. Thanks for sharing the products you have been using. Your hair is always so beautiful. I’ve experienced some thinning recently – something I’m really wrestling with as I have always had great, thick hair. Maybe some of these products would help. I’m definitely looking into them. Have a blessed and beautiful day!

  9. I love the way your hair looks either straightened or loose curls. It always looks v!ery nice. But what intrigued me was the comment you made about organizing your pantry… can you take a picture of afterwards and if by chance you had a pic before that would be helpful… We are getting a new kitchen and I will have a taller pantry that is not walk in but I am interested to see how you organized yours.. Have a great rest of your day. God Bless
