3 Prints To Add to Your Fall Wardrobe

Happy hump day! Today let’s talk about 3 prints to add to your fall wardrobe. I think prints are fun and they add a pop to an otherwise simple outfit.

1. Plaid-who doesn’t love some plaid. Obviously, you can wear plaid anytime, but something about fall and winter makes me want to pull out all the plaid.

Whether you wear plaid pants or a plaid jacket, a plaid scarf, or a top, add some plaid to your fall wardrobe.

2. Animal Print-this is a classic and always in style, but this year, it’s making a huge splash. You can add a small pop of animal print with shoes or a scarf, or go all the way with a skirt.

What is your favorite print for fall?

I’m so honored that you have taken time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and my favorite one, Instagram.

  1. I am all set with these prints. My plaid is not menswear-inspired as is a trend for this season, but I have done enough shopping, love.

  2. Love the quote on peace!

I wear all three types of prints (animal print shoes/belt yestetday), but really love Loft florals.

Saw the other reader’s comment on the Bay City Rollers. I have not heard that name in years. Had their 45 single. Now I need to Google them…

  3. I had ordered the floral dress but still can’t decide. I LOVE it on you, but not so much on me. I’m shorter and black isn’t the best for my coloring. Still deciding if keeping it. Just looks so great on you. 🙂 LOVE plaid anything. :)Could you style more scarves? I hope they aren’t going out for this coming season. I have so many and love them.

  4. These are all cute, but I love that outfit at the top from Macy’s. That top is sooo cute! Bummer that it’s not online.

    Thanks, Cyndi!

  5. I like a plaid trouser for fall/winter. I have a plaid coat that I constantly get compliments on.
I have a leopard belt and a scarf that I wear often. I would like to find some leopard booties that have a small heel so I’m on the hunt. I love the tulle skirt but am afraid I would never wear it.
Floral – I only have one top in a floral print. I like it with a dark background. It just seems less sweet. Not that I’m not sweet. 😉
You seemed to have stepped up your game, Cyndi. I didn’t want you to think this was unnoticed. The multiple ways to style a piece is a winner amongst your readership.

  6. I love them all, but I am “mad for plaid”! I think it comes from my youth, I was a big fan of the Bay City Rollers! LOL! All these outfits are great! I also just picked up a nice short sleeve sweater with the peter pan color as well. I love this look too!

  7. Love all these prints… I especially love the leopard print. I just received the scarf I ordered from Sole Society yesterday and can’t wait to wear it. I wish I had gotten that floral dress at target when I saw it.. Oh well:( I also love plaid and need to add a little more for this winter.. Is there any reason why camo wasn’t one of your prints?

  8. Love all 3, but leopard print is my favorite! I’m going to order the skirt. Actually had a very similar skirt years ago! Thanks, Cyndi

  9. I need to add some plaid to my wardrobe. After following your blog I have started adding the leopard print to my wardrobe and was delighted to hear that you feel these are staples that never go out of style. I have the Target floral dress and LOVE it.

  10. I bought the floral blouse from Nordstrom’s that you are wearing and I love it!! One of my favorite tops!

  11. So glad I ordered that Target floral dress before it sold out because I missed out in the plaid blazer in my petite size. Oh well, I guess you can’t win them all. Enjoy your busy day and I know because I do tend to complain when Im busy at work but then I remember to give thanks for having a job and it does make the day go faster when I’m busy.

  12. I have to admit that I’m a huge fan of this smaller plaid…it just reminds me of professionalism, and makes everything look more sophisticated!!
    Yay for plaid!!
Don’t get me wrong…I love the others too. LOL
    XOXO
