For the Love of Camo

Happy Monday! We are back from our weekend trip to Tennesee. We had so much fun spending time with our friends, but it’s always good to be home.

Speaking of home, our weather has finally turned cool, and it’s feeling like fall around here. Hopefully, I can start wearing my fall clothes!

Today I’m sharing some camo jeans I recently purchased from Evereve. They sold out pretty quick, but they are in stock at Nordstrom.

These camo jeans are the Good American brand, they are on the higher end, but I can wear them year-round.

For the Love of Camo

These camo jeans are high waisted and are made to fit women of all sizes. I styled the jeans with a black sweater from Old Navy (it’s an extra 40% off).

I also added my fossil crossbody bag. I carried this bag all weekend on our trip to Tennessee. My sneakers are sold out, but these are similar from Target.

I love mixing black and camo!

Pink is another color I love to wear with my camo pants. This tunic sweater is also from Old Navy. It’s a v-neck sweater and has a ton of five-star reviews. The sweater comes in several different colors and is perfect for fall!

This sweater covers the rear area.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and, Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart~~Luke 7:47 (MSG) says, She was forgiven many, many sins, and so she is very, very grateful. If the forgiveness is minimal, the gratitude is minimal.

Someone needs to hear that they haven’t committed that one sin, that God can’t forgive. We are all guilty, we’ve all felt shame, but Christ can and will forgive us.

We are free from the penalty of sin (Romans 6:23) and free from guilt.

My prayer for you today is you will walk in freedom and share His love and grace with those around you.

Have a blessed day!

  2. I promise theses websites need you for their model. Their stuff looks so much better on you. When I get to their site and look at them, I change my mind.

  3. LOVE the PINK sweater. I love that it’s a V neck too. You’re looking very sweet in it. Glad you are back home. Can’t wait to meet you Nov. 2
I’m just 2 hours from Lexington!! Love shopping n Lexington..
Have a great day. God Bless

  4. I went to Old Navy today to try on the pink tunic sweater. It is really cute and it was on sale for $15 in the store! I got it in two colors. Thanks Cyndi!

    1. Woohoo Tonya!
That’s a great deal! I’m going to go tomorrow hoping the sale is still in store! 😊 I love the pink and would like a cream or caramel color also.
      Thanks for sharing! 😊

  5. Love both looks. Never would think to put pink with the camo… back to 70’s here today. Our weather is all over the place .
    Blessings
    Karen

  6. I have several pairs of camouflage pants & love them!
I fixed chili this weekend with grass fed ground beef & it was so good! I have been purchasing grass fed beef & organic chicken.

  7. Cute outfit! We have a week long trip planned to Pigeon Forge over Christmas. I would love to hear what things you recommend doing while there. <3

  8. Love the camo jeans! They are so cute! I wouldn’t have thought of pairing them with the pinkish top, but how cute that looks. Love all the ideas I got from you. I appreciate the work you do

Thrilled your enjoyed your Pidgeon Forge weekend – and how fun to meet ladies from the blog.

    Have a blessed week.

  9. I love camo! I have the pair you styled last year and I wear them all the time. Recently have been wearing them with pink. I bought the tunic sweater last week in another color. 🙂 I thought it would be a great transitional piece since it’s lightweight.

  10. Thank you for being so approachable . . .
I follow. . . or did follow, a very popular travel blogger.
Our whole family was on vacation in Venice and we were standing in San Marco Square with his book in hand as he walked through. When he realized we recognized him, he turned and basically ran in the opposite direction. I doubt I would have stopped him to talk, but I would have liked to wave from a far to him tell him how much we appreciate what he does.
So I may never meet you in person, but “Thank You” for what you do!
    You are such a blessing!

  11. Beautiful post. I can’t tell you how many times your blog has made my day a little better. As for camo – the only appropriate color to wear it with in this part of the country is day-glo orange. I’d hate to be shot walking the dog.

  12. I thought that was you I saw this weekend. I was going to stop you but we were both passing quickly so I did not realize until I had already passed. Glad you enjoyed our town!

  13. LOVE this post! Those camo pants are a great inspiration. (This particular pair is out of my budget range, but I can look for a similar style at my price point so no worries!! ) but I think camo is an updated neutral! The pink is a novel idea & a way to brighten up the outfit! I typically stick with black or navy. Thank you so much for sharing! And today’s Beauty for the Heart is a wonderful reminder to walk in the light of God’s love!

  14. I love the pale colored leopard print jacket you have on in the pic with the lady in Gatlinburg. May I ask where it can be purchased?

  15. I scrolled all the way through because I I thought the Camo pants were from Old Navy. $169 from Nordstrom ?!!! Very misleading and disappointing.

    1. Cyndi stated that the “camo pants were from Evereve, but sold out quickly but they were available from Nordstrom’s.” However, the black sweater was from Old Navy. You just misread, it happens.

      Great outfits Cyndi!

  16. Hi Cyndi!
You posted a photo of yourself with a woman in shorts…love the pale tan Camo jacket you had on! Where did you get it?
    Thanks, Nancy W. 😁

  17. Cute outfit and I like how the Camo pants fit perfectly at your ankle. I am short so it’s hard to get the perfect length, even with petite pants. I would not have thought to wear pink with Camo but it works.

  18. the camo jeans are adorable but I see they have a 29″ inseam – would they work on shorter gals? can you roll them up?

  19. Never would’ve thought to put the pink with camo, but I like it. Really softens it up. The black is classic and lovely. Reminds me i need to pull out my camo!
