Holiday Shopping with Gap

Thanks to Gap and ShopStyle for sponsoring this post.

Hi ladies! Tis the season for shopping, and today I’m doing some Holiday Shopping with Gap. I also have a casual holiday-inspired outfit.

It’s GapCash redeem time + up to 50% off. NoGapCash? Get an extra 30% off with code FORYOU. Hurry ends 12/7. All sweaters, tees, fleece, and jeans are on sale!

We aren’t dressing up as much this year, but I still want to be festive. This puff sleeve sweater comes in several colors, but of course, I prefer red this time of year.

I styled the sweater with Gap’s High Rise Cigarette Jeans with Secret Smoothing Pockets. I love the dark jeans for a dressier look, and the fit is amazing.

With the colder weather, I love to have a scarf close by if I need the extra warmth.

This is the red plaid scarf, but it comes in lots of different patterns.

Puff sleeve sweater (I’m wearing a small)//Cigarette Jeans (I’m wearing a size 27)//Red Plaid Scarf//Black Boots//Wreath

Beauty For the Heart~~ Yesterday at church we sang, Joy To The World (Unspeakable Joy by Chris Tomlin).

Joy, unspeakable joy
An overflowing well
No tongue can tell
Joy, unspeakable joy
Rises in my soul, never lets me go

I love the added Unspeakable Joy part of the song. It says joy is an overflowing well, it never lets me go. What a great reminder during the Christmas season and with all that’s going on in our world today.

Joy came wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.

And you will recognize him by this sign: You will find a baby wrapped snugly in strips of cloth, lying in a manger. Luke 2:12

Have a blessed day!

  1. I just wanted you to know I love your style. You are adorable and I’ve been following you for years now-and my Nordstrom card balance show it! 🙂
Your spiritual advice and scripture has gotten me through Stage 3 cancer and now Stage 4 cancer…but the main reason I’m posting is that my parents are buried 5 hours away. I used your wreath as a pic to show them what I wanted for my parents graves. Your mama and mine died the same month, so I feel we are somewhat kindred spirits. Thank you for all you do!

  2. Years ago my children (now grown) was in a Christmas play at church and one of the skits they stared in was about how to earn joy. “J” put JESUS above all. “O” then OTHERS. “Y” lastly YOURSELF. JOY if we can all live our life’s this way, the world would be a much better place… more joyful. 🙏🏻🙌🏻
