What I Wore- Cyndi Style

Happy Monday, ladies! Today I’m sharing what I wore over the last week. I was preparing for our trip to Israel and trying to find some things I wanted to take, so most outfits are casual.

What I Wore- Cyndi Style

The first week of October was warm, so I wore my fall short-sleeved tops with denim. This burgundy top has been great to wear on warm fall days.

Libby Top (small) | Black Belt | Aliyah Jeans (27) | Earrings | Leopard flats (similar option here)

This hoodie is so soft and perfect for travel.

Pink hoodie (small) | Joggers (small) | Sneakers

This workout outfit is similar to my Vuori pieces but less expensive.

Pink Tank Top (small) | Leggings (small) | Sneakers

This is another casual outfit I wore this week. I love these Avara jeans!

Izzy Sweater (small) | Aliyah Jeans (27) | Field Sneakers | Earrings

I wore this two-piece set on Saturday. We stayed home all day and watched the news.

Wide-leg tracksuit (small) | Sneakers | Earrings

This outfit is comfortable, and I was thinking about wearing it on the plane ride to Israel,

T-shirt (small) | Vuori ankle pants (small) | Cullen Eyeglasses | Sneakers

I wore this dress to church on Sunday.

Ashlyn Dress (small) | Tall Boots | Earrings

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on FacebookPinterest, and Instagram.

Beauty For the Heart™Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you. Deuteronomy 31:8

Truth: Do not be afraid is mentioned many times in the Bible. Why? Because God wants us to be filled with hope and trust, not fear.

I don’t know what you’re fearing today or what keeps you up at night, but fear not…God is bigger, and He is with you; you’re never alone.

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today.

  1. Hi Cindi, I’m trying to find links for an outfit you posted several weeks ago: white cardigan (no buttons) and white v neck top with light color jeans.

Glad you were not in Israel and praying for all who have been affected.

  2. would like to learn more about the boots you are wearing with the avara dress but the link goes back to the avara dress

  3. I’m glad you weren’t there when this attack happened. I’m glad it didn’t happen when I was there in 2020. God is good.

  4. One of my favorite verses! Claiming victory in Jesus as I start radiation today. Also praying for your safety in Israel.
Thank you Cyndi for sharing the truth of Jesus. Have a blessed day.

  5. Dear Cyndi, I know you were looking forward to your trip to Israel but I am thankful you were not there when this happened. God is protecting you. We don’t want you hurt!

  6. From reading the comments it sounds like you are canceled for Israel. I’m sorry, I know how much you were looking forward to it, but like you said, this is very serious and dangerous. I’m so glad you weren’t already over there trying to get home etc. Yes, we need to pray for the tourist that are over there and of course all of Israel. Breaks my heart. I’m trying to have a good balance of keeping up on the news, but not watching so much that it gets me down and fearful. Satan wants that. Thank you for the BFTH and continuing your post to help us distract some and enjoy some fashion. I love all your casual looks. The older I get the more casual I tend to be. I use to never wear sneakers much. Now I gravitate toward them. I think the elevated workout and comfort clothing has helped that.

  7. I know it’s discouraging to have a trip canceled! But I’m thankful you are safe and sound at home !! We will continue to Pray for Israel and that Gods hands of protection will be on them🙏

On another note Do you find the Aliya denim to be lighter in weight than the Margo jean( I have those ones) also is the rise a bit lower ?
    Thank you!
    I’m
Loving that dress too so looking forward to your code tomorrow!

  8. Hi Cyndi,
the church has to cancel the trip!
I’m from Europe. All West European Foreign Offices officially declare “We strongly advise against traveling.” I am sure so the American.
On October 7th Benjamin Netanjahu and the Military of Israel declared Israel at war!
The Hamas will not care about whom You are, soldier, Citizens or tourists. They want to kill and destroy Israel.
Pray, pray, pray all people over all the world who don`t want to tolerate that drama!

  9. I bought those jogger pants in black, love them! I went back and ordered a pair in the army green color too. They are great casual, weekend/travel pants for only 29.00! Have a great day everyone. Regards, Mary Kay

  10. I’m so sorry your trip was cancelled. However, I’m glad you’re safe and sound here at home. I’m horrified by Hamas and what is happening over there. Like everyone else praying for Israel constantly. Much love to you always.

  11. Sorry your trip is off. That dress is beautiful on you. I can’t wear that neckline much……my neck must be short. You wear it well though & love the colors.

  12. I’m so confused, earlier this year the fashion bloggers were telling us that animal prints were out. Now I’m seeing them again, mostly in footwear. Can you address this for me? Thanks

PS: I know you have much bigger concerns with the war in Israel, so feel free to put my question off for a while🙏🏼

    1. Hi Bev,

I think animal print is always in style but not always trending. For a few seasons, we were wearing a lot of animal print and now I think just a pop here or there looks good.

  13. If your trip to Israel is still on, please be careful. Praying for all those effected by the bombs & fighting!

    1. Carol I don’t think anyone will be traveling to Israel at this time. It’s too dangerous.
Praying for Israel and the tourists that are there now.

      1. So sorry y’all have had to cancel, it would be so amazing to see the Holy Land. Glad you weren’t already over there when it happened. Praying for the people of Israel.

  14. Good Morning, Cyndi, just wanted to pass on that our church is supposed to go to Israel on October 27th but I know several people have pulled out. I don’t know if the church is cancelling yet but I just heard on the news that it is going to be a long drawn out war! It is very disheartening but continue to pray, pray, pray!!
