Winter Looks with Saks OFF 5TH

Look #1

I love classic coats, and this one has a bit of a twist with ribbed sleeves. It has a snap closure and looks great with a dress!

This Maggy London dress has a mixture of navy and wine colors. It’s long-sleeved and fully lined.

How cute is the fur on this top handle bag?

LOOK #2

This cashmere sweater comes in several colors; I’m wearing black. I love that it has side slits and a rolled ribbed neckline. I kept my jewelry simple with pearl earrings.

A champagne color coat is a fun and much-needed accessory on a cold day. Plus, I love this coat! It has side pockets and faux fur on the neck and sleeves.

These Joe’s jeans are comfortable and look great with winter sweaters. These have a frayed hem (they were long on me, so I cut a few inches off, and the length is perfect) and a side slit.

If you’re looking for a comfortable pair of ankle boots, I found these Aerosoles with a wedge heel.

Simple and comfortable, thanks to Saks OFF 5TH!

Beauty For the Heart™– I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. John 17:13

Truth: Joy is a calm delight. It’s dependent on who Jesus is rather than on who we are. Jesus prayed we would experience the full measure of his joy. Joy in difficult days, joy in our hurts, and even in our suffering. Joy has a divine purpose; it reveals Jesus.

This week, let’s choose to live in the fullness of JOY.

Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!

  1. The ankle boots are so cute but some of the reviews say they run small. Did you find this to be true for you?
    Thanks.

  2. Love all these outfits, especially the dress & champagne coat! If you’ve done a blog previously on the subject of how to know what dress length for dress style & your body type, I couldn’t find it. That would be great info! I look forward to all your social every day.!

  3. Love “Joy is a calm delight” needing that calm delight right now. Love the jeans outfit. I’m only 5’3” so I too would have to cut off the length, but with the slit it might not work to take off too much. Going to maybe order them to try. I love a light wash jean with black. I have Tom boots almost just like these so could wear those. As for the dress I wouldn’t think to wear black tights with a dress with navy. I even am weird about black shoes with a navy dress. But…. It works here with you. 😌Thanks Cyndi. Have a great week preparing. I’m not hosting this year so it’s kind of nice to not have the prep. I’m already thinking of my Christmas prep. I have ours the weekend before this year.

  4. I think the tights with heels look good. When I wore more dresses and skirts back when I worked, I would wear tights with heels in winter. I always liked winter because the tights covered my veins and imperfections and I can wear a skirt a bit shorter. The coats are very nice.

    1. I’m with you, Terri. I like tights with dresses, especially for fall and winter. Sadly, I wasn’t blessed with pretty legs so tights help cover the veins.

  5. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, Cyndi!
I have 30 people coming this year, so I am running around like crazy!
Ours is a more casual Thanksgiving, apparel-wise, so I like the jeans outfit. Wouldn’t want to get gravy on a pretty dress! 😉

  6. Love the jeans and cashmere sweater pic. I like casual myself and I think this is probably one of the best photos of you,
Loved your comment “Joy is a calm delight.” So true, Happy Thanksgiving Cyndi!
