Hi ladies! I’m always looking for a good white T-shirt, so today, I’m reviewing five White T-shirts and sharing my favorites.
When it comes to spring/summer fashion, a well-fitting T-shirt is essential whether you wear it alone with denim or as a layering piece.
5 White T-Shirts Review: Find Your Perfect Fit
1. Caslon V-Neck Short Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt – $19
The Caslon T-shirt has a raw hem neckline. The tee is made of 60% cotton and 40% modal, and it’s 26″ long. It’s very lightweight but not see-through. The quality is fair. I’ve washed it, and it washes fine, but it’s very thin.

2. Madewell Whisper Cotton V-Neck Pocket T-Shirt – $19.50
The tee is made of 100% cotton, and it’s 25 1/2″ long with side slits. Overall, the quality is really good for the price.

3. Good American Heritage V-Neck Cotton T-Shirt – $59
This tee is 100% cotton and around 26″ in length. It’s a thicker material, which I really like, but it has a deeper v-neckline.

4. Nordstrom Everyday V-Neck Pima Cotton Blend T-Shirt – $35
This tee is 47% pima cotton, 47% Tencel® modal, and 6% spandex. It’s a thicker material, and I like the v-neckline. However, it’s more fitted, and I would need to size up. If you’re looking for a tee to wear under blazers and prefer a more fitted style, this could be a good option for you.

5. Frame Le Mid Rise V-Neck T-Shirt – $98
This tee is 100% Pima cotton and 25 1/2″ long. Pima cotton is the highest-quality cotton. Pima cotton t-shirts will not only be some of the most comfortable items in your closet, but they’ll also be softer and less likely to tear, fray, pill, or shrink over time.
The tee has a looser fit and cap sleeves, making it perfect for layering under a cardigan or blazer.

If you’re looking for an affordable white T-shirt, the Madewell option is the best. Out of all the T-shirts, the Frame T-shirt is my favorite but it’s also the most expensive.

my preference for Ts is not thin cotton blend, not low cut, moderate price, no chest pocket – there are some nice ones here but I like LLBean & Talbots 🙂

I would like to see a white t-shirt with a round neckline option. The v-necks are always a little too revealing for me.

PS I bought a white tee two years ago at Eddie Bauer and it still looks new. It looks and fits like the Nordstrom one you show here, but I like more fitted for flowy linen pants and under blazers/jackets. Safe travels home. Our weather changed from sunny warm to cool and showery. Easter weekend through yesteday was so beautiful.

My absolute favorite t-shirt is the Tommy Bahama Kauai jersey short sleeved shirt. I have it in four colors. Definitely need to size down. It’s a little pricey, but I get a solid couple of years out of them so it’s worth it to me.
Great post! I would add that I got a white tee at Walmart that is fairly think, not see-through but is a crew-neck and waist length, so kind of cropped. But for the price, a great white tee! I also bought one online that is from Mott & Bow, they claim they are not see-through, but I was disappointed in the weight, it’s thin and I personally think it IS see-through. It’s a basically good fit, but to me, not worth nearly $50. Always in search of the perfect white tee! Lol!

What about crew neck white T shirts as I’m not a fan of v neck T shirts.
The Nordstrom tee your styling is my favorite. My personal favorite white tee that I own is by Banana Republic. A bit pricey but worth the money in my opinion. Safe travels home!

Safe travels home! My favorite white tee is Land’s End. It’s a nice weight, substantial cotton that is not see through, keeps its shape and washes up like new. They have a great line of options, crew, v-neck, short sleeves or long sleeves. That’s the only tee I wear.

On another note– I always have a hard time finding a good, comfortable, not see through, not too thick white tee shirt – without spending a lot of money.
(I liked the white button down shirt that was in the Coastal look post that was sold out. It didn’t look see through at all and looked to be comfortable.)
