Happy hump day ladies! Today I’m sharing my recent Trunk Club Box with you. I kept two things from my box and that’s a good amount for me.
The best part about the box is someone else is picking out my clothes and while I do a lot of shopping, I sometimes like to see what a professional stylist picks out.
First up, she sent this Eliza J dress. I love Eliza J dresses and I might have kept it, but it was too short. Ugh! It’s shorter than what the pictures reveal and even with tights, it would look too short.
I love the sleeve! If you’re 5’4″ or shorter, this dress would look great.
I love camo but this hoodie wasn’t appealing to me.
When a shirt comes this wrinkled, I know I don’t want it. Pass on this Lucky Brand Shirt.
I love a jumpsuit but this isn’t feasible for my weather or what I need right now. It also has part of the back out and shows my bra. Pass on this.
I love a blazer but I wasn’t a fan of this one. It didn’t feel right. I’m wearing this cami under it from LOFT.
This blouse is adorable but again I don’t think I’ll get enough wear out of it to justify keeping it.
This Madewell sweatshirt looked cuter off than on me.
I liked these designer jeans okay, but you don’t purchase $179 jeans if they’re just okay.
Lastly, this is what I kept the plaid coat and the black boots. It was worth getting the box because I found this cute coat/cardigan.
Plaid Double Breasted Coat (I’m wearing an XS)//J.Crew Sweater (I’m wearing a small)//Vigoss Jeans (I’m wearing a size 28)//Infinity Scarf (similar here)//Earrings//Black Booties (TTS)//Dupe Belt (I’m wearing the 95cm size)//Cigar Band Ring
This is a great way to try some clothes and it’s easy to send back! They send a return label and the tape to tape the box and UPS picks it up at my front door.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to stop by my blog. I’m also on Facebook, Pinterest, and, Instagram.

I am new to your blog and I’m sure that you’ve shared this information before. What is your weight and height? I love the way you tell what size you wear in each item. That’s would be very helpful, if I knew.
Hi Heather! Sorry, I’m just getting back with you. I am 5’6″ and weigh 124 pounds. Hope that helps!
I have the very same dress from my last trunk club box. I’m 6’0 tall and at first I thought the same thing about the length. I kept it because it was a bit out of my comfort zone. After wearing it 2-3 times, it’s now my favor dressy dress. Can’t wait to try it with tights and otk boots
You definitely made the best picks! Love the plaid coat!
I love the coat you kept. The colors are beautiful.
But I also love the blue Madewell blouse on your. So festive!
I have read about ‘Trunk Clubs’ before and think they are a great idea.
As yet I have not come across one in the UK
You might rethink the dress… Beautiful on you and it isn’t too short…Also the jumpsuit is a great color on you!
Love the coat!!!!!!!
Dee……..You are now added to my prayer list. Remain in God’s hands, He is in control. Blessings for renewed strength and the return of good health.
Thank you
Love the coat. I agree on the things you kept. 🙂 Your friends are fortunate to have you for fashion advice. Have fun.
I love the items you kept and am a bit sad that the dress was short since it was adorable on you.
Cyndi, do you mind sharing how tall you are so that I can get an idea of how these clothes would look on me? I’m 5’4, size 4.
Thank you!
Cyndi is 5’6”. I believe she usually wears size 4. Hope this helps.
I almost totally agree with you on your choices. I just wish you had a reason to wear that jump suit. It looked so amazing on you! Thanks for showing us what came in your box. I love seeing what you didn’t keep it is helpful when I go shopping.
I agree with your choices too. I love the dress and it would be perfect for me as I’m 5”3… love your plaid coat:)… Have fun with the girls.
I agree with you on all your decisions and I do love that coat!

I want to know what you’ve done to lose so much weight! You look much skinnier than just a few months ago! I’m so jealous! I used to be this skinny but menopause and type 1 diabetes have put a halt to that.:(

Love the coat. I want it!!! Girls, im reaching out for prayer. My biopsy came back very early stage breast cancer. Will you pray that i continue to feel the Lords peace that i have been feeling thru all the test being ran. Fear is not allowed to enter, only room for Gods presense. Thanks, Dee
Hello Dee, I pray you be filled with the peace which surpasses all understanding. When I face challenges that threaten to rob my peace, I like to repeat this verse-
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
I really hope this doesn’t sound trite. I was so moved by your request and just want you to know you are not alone.
Thank you for Scripture and prayers.
Praying for you Dee!
Thank you
PRayers for you. hope you will havesame care my mother had with the Cleveland Clinic. no hair loss, 17 yrs no return or metastisis.!!God bless you and merry christmas.
Thank you!!!
So sorry to hear Dee. Will keep you in prayer. I know many of us have our struggles behind the scene of this fun fashion blog and its a great network for us to pray for each other. Blessings to you for the next steps in your journey. 2nd Cor.1:3,4. The greek word for “comfort” in these verses means to call along side of. So think of it as God is called to your side.:)
Thank you. Power in prayer
Also praying for you Dee!!

Prayers for you, Dee, from Louisville, KY. There are 365 “fear nots” in the Bible….one for every single day!

oh, I got it. If you click on the links it tells you all about the price and quality. Thanks
Seeing what things cost would be helpful. How expensive are the items.
The black shoes you are wearing with the black dress – I have been looking for a pair with a chunky heel like that! Where did you purchase those? Thank you for sharing!
Here you go https://amzn.to/2QQSmup
Hope this helps!!
Ooh – I love the dress – too bad it was so short! 🙁 The coat is amazing – love plaid and the colors! 🙂
Cyndi,
That black dress is stunning on you, but I agree that the length could be problematic. The plaid coat is just adorable. Do you mind sharing the name your nail polish?
THe black and white dress is adorable, and looks great on you. Not too short. It would have been a keeper for me.
Cyndi,
I feel so much better knowing you only kept 2 items from your box. I sometimes feel bad when I don’t like what they sent. We have the same stylist so, I might have to request that coat. It’s super cute.
