Now that warmer weather has made its arrival, we are spending more and more time outdoors! I think this has everyone itching to refresh their outdoor spaces to make them inviting and ready for hosting friends and family.

Today’s installment of Courtney’s Corner has everything you need to give your patio spaces a much-needed makeover just in time for spring and summer.

Outdoor Patio String Lights – I would love to add lights to our outdoor area this year!

Cane Weave Set of 2 Lanterns – These would be so cute sitting by a doorway or as a centerpiece on the outdoor table below.

Wood Chevron Outdoor Dining Set – This outdoor dining set would give your patio a charming and inviting feel. The chevron wood pattern is beautiful and perfect for entertaining!

Classic White Garden Stool – I love using these as outdoor side tables for guests to use for their drinks.

Adirondack Chairs – These classic chairs would look beautiful on a porch or around a fire pit. They are not made of wood and, instead, a weather-resistant material so they can last for years to come!

Truth: Several years ago, I went through an anxious season; I even had several panic attacks. I’m not sure what brought it on, but I went to a counselor who reminded me of this verse (2 Timothy 1:7). She had me write it down and put it in my bathroom, car, etc.

Every time I started to feel anxious, I would read this verse and remind myself that fear is not from God. It is from Satan. And I can overcome fear and defeat Satan every time by standing on God’s Word and trusting Him.

Thankfully, that season of anxiousness passed. Maybe you are in a season of anxiousness; let me remind you that God hasn’t given you a spirit of fear; cling to God’s word and know that you can trust Jesus.
