I’ve been wearing glasses for the past 13 years. I used to wear contacts before that but had to stop for medical reasons. I tried contacts a few summers ago and my husband asked me to go back to my glasses. So, I definitely think my glasses are a fashion accessory. I wear my contacts to go pick out my glasses because I really can’t see what I look like when I try glasses on. I’m only 41 but I now need reading glasses as well.

Hello, I believe if glasses are going to part of your daily fashion routine, then why shouldn’t they be to your liking and something that you’ll enjoy being seen in. I didn’t begin wearing glasses all the time until my late 40’s. I certainly do think about them as an accessory to compliment my face and my style (square peg meets round world). Thanks, Barb
Oh, I DEFINITELY think eyeglasses are a great accessory!! 🙂 I worked as a tech/optician for an optometrist office for about 6 years, and I accumulated a little collection of cute glasses (and I don’t even need them except for computer/reading when my eyes are tired). Too cute! I love yours! 🙂
