Welcome to 26 Days of Fall Fashion! Today I’m sharing a ruffle blouse from LOFT and a pair of mules. Mules are definitely the “it” shoe for fall.
These mules are BP brand from Nordstrom and they come in lots of different colors.
I wanted to add a pair of grey jeans to my fall wardrobe. I ordered several pair and finally decided I like the fit of these NYDJ jeans.
The colors in this blouse are so pretty and I like the sleeve length. We are having some warm fall weather this week so this blouse will be perfect.

Can you tell me what type of socks that you wear with your mules? I purchased some HUE toe socks which just go over my toes, but my feet slip right out of them when I walk. Thank you!
Cyndi…..I looked at the first blouse, navy plaid one….just love it……in the store today and it wasn’t 50% off and just looked now on the site and its not either. I think its only 50% off SALE items and UP TO 50% off FALL. I did however get some olive pants I love on sale and if you tried on any pants or jeans today you got another 20% off. 🙂 I love your outfit on you today. I wouldn’t have looked twice at the blouse seeing it on the model but you make it look super cute. 🙂
Loving the grey jeans but hard to find in petite size but I’m on the hunt. Unfortunately, the 4p and 6p was sold out. But I’m going to try Macy’s because they also carry NYDJ. Thanks for sharing

I noticed that you did not do a review of the grey mules. I have been wanting to buy a pair but I have read many reviews that say they are hard to walk in. What is your take on this?

I love this whole outfit! You have shown a good variety of outfits for fall.
NYDJ jeans fit me better than any other. You do have to size down though as they stretch with wear. I have been having a hard time finding grey jeans (always in rotation) this year. So, thank you for the heads up.

I am having trouble finding a pair that will stay on my foot so have to keep sending back pairs that I’ve ordered from Nordstrom. Gray and burgundy!!!! Love this combination. In grade school in the early sixties, it was my favourite combination when picking out school dresses from the Spiegel catalog!!! I still love it! Bravo Cyndi!!!

I turn 50 next month and am struggling over the decision to start injectables or do something to slow down the aging process. Have you had any procedures done? I’m considering Volbella, a thin lip line filler, but I don’t want fake looking duck lips! What are your feelings on Botox or other injectables? I’ve heard good things about the CO2 mini face lift.
Hi Shauna, I haven’t any procedures done. I’m open to it and have researched it. If I do anything I will share my experience on the blog.
That would be great! It seems although this a rapidly growing area of beauty, most are hush-hush about it, so it’s hard to know what to do, which places/doctors are the best, what works, etc…
I love this outfit and you look so pretty! The jeans are my favorite. The website says to size down but most of the reviews say true to size. Did you size down or buy your regular usual size? Do they stretch out? Thanks!
Hi Cyndi, I’ve not been a big fan of mules but this pair you’re wearing, are adorable and really sings to my style! Mules usually pinch my toes and tend to slip off easily when I walk. Have you found this pair to be comfortable and do stay put when you walk? Did you find them to run to true to size? Be Blessed!

I actually bought a pair of Vince Camuto navy blue suede mules a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t worn my blue suede shoes yet though :), still trying to figure out what to wear them with, and frankly it’s hot here, and I just got a pedicure so I’m still sporting my sandals. Love all the blouses! and of course Loft is a favorite shopping place for many reasons.

I really like the fall looks you have been styling Cyndi, and again this one is right up there. The blouse is sweet and I too have been focusing more on shorter sleeves as we continue to have a hot/ warm fall. Looking for an inexpensive pair of mules, as not sure if the trend will be around for next year. But I’m looking LOL. Great color combo… would you believe I do not own grey or black jeans. Just olive green and of course a ton of blue jeans…. May venture for the burgundy though. By the way I’ve started my Christmas Shopping Ha:) Never too early to start picking a few things up as you see them…. It will be here before you know it LOL

I found a pair of mules in the back of my closet just the other day….from over 10 years ago! So I dragged them out and tried them!! I may have to try a newer pair too.
I ended up wearing mine with a dress, and I wasn’t sure I loved that look. Then again, I didn’t like ankle booties with dresses at first either—funny how we change over time.
