Happy November, ladies! We had a wonderful time with family this weekend, especially seeing our grandkids dressed up Friday night for Halloween.
Colt was a hunter, and Claire was a little deer. It was a chilly Friday night, and I stayed warm in this sherpa jacket.
Sherpa Jacket (I’m wearing a small)//Pleated Sleeve Tee (I’m wearing a small)//AG Jeans (I’m wearing a size 28)//Marc Fisher Booties (I sized up 1/2 size)//Earrings
Yesterday I wore this outfit to church. I had nursery duty, so I needed to be comfortable. I was playing on the floor most of the time.
Boyfriend Blazer (I’m wearing an XS)//Cozy Sweater (I’m wearing a small, use code CYNDI10 for 10% off)//Wit & Wisdom Jeans (I’m wearing a size 4)//Earrings//Tan Booties (I sized up 1/2 size)//Checkered Tote

Beauty For the Heart~~Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
Thinking about this verse today…. do not conform. As believers, we are to look different than the world.
How do we renew our minds? We spend time in God’s word and allow his word to guide us.
Have a blessed day!

Thank you for such an encouraging word! Also, thank you for inspiring women! I love the clothing ideas, and seeing such a beautiful and fashionable lady of a certain age, reminds me that getting older doesn’t mean frumpy and unhappy. Your smile and beautiful spirit shines thru in your blog and pics! 💕
Thank you, Rochelle. I hope my blog is an encouragement.
You say you don’t want this to be political but you obviously don’t social distance and you talk about Thanksgiving and Christmas like you are carrying on as usual. Do you know some of us are making sacrifices? I love your fashion style Cyndi but find your life style offensive.
Judy, I am so sorry that you find it offensive. You see a small snippet of my life. I am doing what my state asks me to do. I wear my mask when I’m around large groups including in church and in stores and restaurants.
My daughter and her family are in our small group of people that we see regularly. We have had to make sacrifices that you do not know about because I haven’t shared all of them here.
Hi Cyndi,
I have two blazers from “back in the day” that were very good quality and are in perfect condition, but they have shoulder pads (yes, I save everything). If the shoulder pads are taken out, will the blazer be wearable, or would it ruin the entire shape of the jacket? I guess I have nothing to lose, right?
Sara, I would leave the shoulder pads in the blazers. Shoulder pads are back in style.
Such a delightful post! Love the family picture indeed! Beautiful family. Love the fall outfits as well! You look fabulous!
Yep…last I checked, “Jesus for King” was NOT on the ballot! No matter what happens, our Savior remains on the throne. What a comfort!
PS. Your church must really be open. I can’t imagine parents wanting to put kids in church nursery during covid.
Amen to BFTH. I am still waiting for delivery of the boyfriend jacket after you first styled it. Hope it fits. I ordered XS but only 5’3”. I think in your first post you said you got a small. This post says XS. So will have to see. I know you are taller. From the site it looks like a pink thread through it? Is there? Yours looks plain color. Have a great day.
I love the olive pants, but they are sold out in my size. Any substitutes anywhere?
Thank you!
As always I love your styling and real life with the grands! I’m trying to find a blazer that I like on me as much as I do in the pics on models! LOL!
But I’m with you on being tired of political ads and am so very thankful that God will still be on the throne and my King!
Love the BFTH today. Always a great reminder to allow Gods word to transform our minds. Have a blessed day Cyndi 😘
The clothes are great but those wreaths on your front doors are amsazing! Perfect for ALL of fall! Beautiful!
